Arrived at the place around 0810 PM and we sat ourselves until someone finally came to take our order. We ordered sushi, fried fish and fried shrimp. When we never got sushi for abt 40min, I finally decided to ask the staff on the status of where our food was. Someone that seemed to be the head server came over apologizing that it would take another 15 min due to running out of rice. She finally brings out the sushi only to find out that it was not the one we ordered, not to mention the quality was bad. Furthermore, the staff did not even mention that sushi was something other than we ordered until I asked her again. The manager came and still tried to explain that it is not much different trying to make us pay for the food. At that point I was not even going to waste my time arguing so I told her I would only pay for what we ate and left. It was almost 10 pm by the time we left so all the restaurants were closed. Do not recommend because of the bad customer service. We are a table of young professionals working in the building and had to wait for nearly an hour for food to arrive while watching other (more western and senior) tables arriving and getting their food swiftly. I had to nudge them several times and while they seemed nice and promised that the food was coming, it was nowhere to be seen. Incredibly poor service from the restaurant and staffs. We booked a table for 8:30PM in the afternoon through their Facebook page at 3:PM. They gave us no warning whatsoever and accepted the booking. As we arrived, only then the staff notified buffet time closes at 9:PM. If that was the case, surely the booking admin should have warned us beforehand?
