Tried this place after randomly reading the Google reviews here and it truly did not disappoint!

Location: The shop is in an alley way and so it can be easily missed if one isn't using Google maps. We found the place and confirmed it after asking some locals sitting at the entrance of the alley. The restaurant has seating adjacent to it.

Food: The place served vegan noodle dishes and the staff/owner mentioned that a different dish is prepared each day. (Note: I think only one dish is prepared each day) Coz of that we ended up trying their bun rieu which was their dish that day. The bun rieu was served with tofu and it was a very refreshing and hearty dish especially when we ate it in during the cold weather! Moreover, the noodle dish was only d20,000 which was the cheapest price we had seen throughout our trip for a bowl of noodles!

Service: There was only one staff at the time we were there (not sure if there are more) but he was very friendly. He explained the dish the best he could and was happy to know that the restaurant has good reviews online!

Let this small vegan place surprise you every single day! Cheap eats but can totally fulfill expensive taste I believe that. One bowl (average big portion for petite eater like me) is only 20K but I can say the quality can compare to other 60-80K bowl at the restaurants. Only one and different noodles for everyday but Vietnamese love noodles, especially in the morning. Anh Hai is the cook, quiet but serious and thoughtful about what he brings to customers. Seems like his wife and son help him sometimes but after finishing the breakfast, you bring your bowl by yourself to the backside where they put some buckets for used bowls. 100% guaranteed even if you’re not a vegan, you’ll definitely fall in love with this...

The noodles here are unbearably tasty! The best vegetarian vermicelli noodles we’ve ever had! The soup is so fragrant that it makes me wonder how the boss could have made it with only vegetables. Every ingredient tastes very fresh. It’s 20k a bowl at the moment of writing but the portions are like any places in the old quarter where you pay 40, 50 or more. The owners are very friendly and speak English. It’s located inside a small alley but is cleaner than most restaurants in Hanoi.
