Ordered a whiskey sour, but it came out looking off. When I asked the bartender, he mentioned they don’t usually use egg white on weekdays since it’s not busy and they didn’t have aquafaba at all. Would’ve been fine if I had been informed beforehand.

Luckily, a man nearby appeared to be the manager overheard and stepped in, offering another drink from the menu. Ended up with a basil smash, which was thankfully great. A little better communication could’ve avoided the issue, but overall, the experience was still good.
