I AM IN SHOCKED. TWO DAYS AGO,MY PARTNER AND I WENT HERE TO GET A COUPLE DRINKS AND BALLOONS(laughing gas) MY PARTNER STARTED GETTING DRUNK AND OUT OF CONTROL. I BEGGED THE STAFFS TO HELP ME CONVINCE MY PARTNER TO LEAVE BUT THEY IGNORED ME AND CONTINUED TO LET MY PARTNER GET MORE GAS. FYI, WE STARTED FROM 7:30PM UNTIL 10AM. THE VERY NEXT MORNING! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? THE STAFFS DIDN’T CARE ABOUT MY SAFETY AS A WOMAN AND ONLY CARED ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY PARTNER AND CONTINUE FEEDING HIS GAS REQUEST DESPITE KNOWING HE WAS INTOXICATED. WE SPENT A TOTAL WHOOPING OF $2,100. ALL THEY CARED ABOUT WAS MONEY. HE WAS LITERALLY FLIPPING THE TABLES AND THREW THE GLASS AT ME BUT EVEN AFTER ALL THAT INCIDENT,THE STAFFS DID NOT CARE AT ALL. EVEN WHEN I WAS PLEADING THEM AND TELLING THEM TO HELP ME CONVINCE MY PARTNER TO LEAVE. THEY ARE CLOSED AT 4AM SUPPOSEDLY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THEY MADE MY INTOXICATED PARTNER CONTINUE BUYING MORE GAS until 10AM. I’d rate them zero 0 if I could!

Honestly a fun spot and we were having a good time, then a bartender charged us for buckets even though we ordered (and got) normal cocktails (3x the price for a round of drinks, 900’000vnd). When I complained he got aggressive. When his manager got involved he acknowledged what had happened but refused to reimburse us, he instead offered us 3 more drinks for free, I didn’t want more drinks but I figured “fair enough”. That was until we watched the same bartender make those drinks and fill them with water, not a drop of alcohol he didn’t even bother to pretend. We complained and he got confrontational again so we left. Met other people who were also overcharged outside.
