Ẩm Thực Quê Nhà Quận 3 — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Called 1 day in advance to reserve a room for some family gathering. We did highlight to the staff that we would be hosting some guests and there're kids, asking for a room that's suitable for such occasion. We called again on the day itself to remind them.

However, shortly after we placed our orders, the room next door started shouting and singing very loudly which caused much disturbance to other guests dining in the same restaurant at the time.

My family got affected the most since the 2 "rooms" were only seperated by a partition wall, no soundproof for such level of noise.

Other than that, the oysters we ordered were not fresh, 5 out of 12 people got food poisoning (diarrhea and vomiting).

A very disappointing experience hence won't be visiting or recommending this...

Once & never again. Staffs are so slow & unprofessional in their service. Being very honest here because when I was eating, one of their servers just stood behind me and along the parapet where we were sitting. She was knocking her heels on the floor as if we aren’t deaf, while doing that she had the cheek to even rest her arm on my chair while I was eating. Such bad attitude & I know I cannot expect much being overseas, this is just testing my patience. Anyone could have just shouted and stared at her for invading the privacy of diners if their tolerance...

Multi-story restaurant offering an extensive menu of Vietnamese classics. Order too much and drink copious amounts of beer; it's how Vietnamese life is supposed to be.

The setting is classic with windows open at all times for you the air to flow through and for you to watch the tropical rain come down in the wet season. Food is very good, staff don't speak much english but that shouldn't hold you back as they are willing to work with you and they have an English menu for you...
