Really bad service offered by unprofessional staff and incompetent and unqualified cooks. We had waited for over an hour, but what we got was only a glass of strawberry smoothie, which really sucked btw. Strongly recommend you not to try this store if you don’t want to be forced to leave with starving stomach and bad emotions. After waiting for 1.5h, we checked the smoothie and had to dine at another restaurant. I don’t think this kind of treatment showed any respect and profession to us. If you are not able to cook food within a reasonable time, probably you should consider changing your work at least not insulting us innocent starving travelers. When we were leaving, there were many tables with nothing, which meant that there was still a long time to wait. We’ve felt our value here in The 1- Tony Saigon Hotel and Restaurant. From our arrival and departure, staffs are consistently accommodating and kind. Their service is exceptional. About the food, it has a good presentation and a good taste. We also enjoyed the 10% discount in all our meals (it is when you’re check-in to their hotel). The hotel room is very spacious, clean and aesthetic. Accessible to bui Vien walking streets, 7/11, Mcdonalds and many more. Also walking distance to the attractions in District 1. Absolute perfect place. Very willing to cater for my allergies (gluten, soy and peanut allergies). Food was out of this world. We had the chicken in orange sauce which was subtle and tasted great. Also the spring rolls (wrapped in rice paper) were the best we have ever had! They made sure not to put peanuts in them too.

Tequila Sunrise cocktail was a great price and you can ask for less sugar, so it wasn't too sweet.
