I had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with my family at The Truffle and Co yesterday. While the food was absolutely delicious, what made the meal truly unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Nhung.

From the moment we were seated, Nhung greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine, professional attitude that made us feel welcome and cared for. She was attentive to every detail, listening carefully to our requests and ensuring we had everything we needed.

What impressed me most was her ability to handle challenges with such grace and efficiency. When a small issue arose during the meal, Nhung was quick to resolve it, turning what could have been an inconvenience into just another example of her exceptional service.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills truly went above and beyond. It’s not every day you meet someone so committed to their role and to providing the best experience for guests.

I believe Nhung is a great asset to The Truffle and Co. Her professionalism and care reflect the restaurant’s values and elevated our overall experience.

I hope Yel, the General Manager, will recognize her dedication and consider rewarding her efforts – she truly deserves it.

My husband and I recently visited Vietnam, and on our last evening—Christmas Eve Eve—we found ourselves in a bit of a bind. All the restaurants were packed, and we were getting hungry. While passing the Saigon Center, we decided to check out the food court. The area was bustling with people and mostly filled with fast-food spots, but then we stumbled upon a gem: Truffle & Co.

This cozy little restaurant, with around 15 tables from what I could see, was also extremely busy. We put our name down and waited about 15 minutes before being seated. The menu was impressive, featuring risotto, pizza, pasta, and a selection of beautifully colored drinks. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming.

Our experience was elevated by our waitress, Hong Linh, who made us feel like we were dining at a five-star establishment. The service and presentation were absolutely top-notch.

Actually, they have started very strong, I thought it would be a 5 star rating, but they almost ended up with 3.

After we made our orders, they replaced the knives for the right ones for the food.

I have told my fiancé, I bet you any money, they will get it right and bring out our food at the same time.

Not many places in Saigon understands the concept of not ruining a couple's dining experience with one half of the couple either have to wait and let the food go cold, or eat alone.

That was the first point, they failed.

My fiancé's beef was made medium, as she requested but it was still chewie. So not really good.

The pizza I have ordered came with eggs, the yolk was still running and almost ruined my food. It was sent back to the kitchen to cook it a bit longer. When it came out second time, it was still running. Luckily my girl has checked it, so we could remove it with a spoon.

At this point I wanted to give 3 stars, but the staff brought out one properly fried egg. It showed, they care, so 4 stars then.
