I recently had the pleasure of trying the sturgeon hotpot at Red Dzao House and it left quite an impression. The dish showcased a perfect blend of freshness and flavor. Ordered the grilled pork with galangal, grill sapa salmon & a banana flame with coconut icecream for dessert. Out of all the restaurants that we tried in Sapa, this is our favourite! The pork is tender and juicy (肥而不腻）, grilled to perfection! A must must must order here. The portion is slightly big for 2 person, will be great to share between 3 or 4 person if you are a small eater. The Sapa salmon is firm and yummy too! The banana flame ice cream is refreshing too. The banana here are quite sweet and we definitely enjoyed it. The service here are quite good too! Kim was so helpful and patient with us. As the menu does not provide picture for reference, she kindly explained each of their best seller and the ingredients in each, to help us grasps a better understanding of the items. The vibe here is quite chill and the place is quite beautiful too.

I recently visited Red Dzao House in Sa Pa and had a delightful dining experience. We ordered the hot pot with salmon, which was exceptionally good. The salmon was fresh, and the broth was rich and flavorful.We also tried the spring rolls and the soup as starters. Both were delicious and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The sweet and sour dish was a bit too hot for my girlfriend, but luckily I liked it.The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Red Dzao House if you are in Sa Pa. It's a great place to enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy setting.

Decorated in Hmong decor, Red Dzao House had some yummy dishes that the family enjoyed. We had the beef and mushroom, which we loved and the kids loved the gravy on rice - reminded them of loco moco in Hawaii. The small salmon hot pot for two could've fed 3-4 people. The vegetables and salmon were fresh and organic, while the broth had a mild hint of thai tom yum soup. The beef, green papaya salad, and fries were a hit too. Man, I can't stop thinking about the green papaya salad. The server was super nice that she told us to stop ordering because we had too much food. I appreciate a restaurant with integrity.

A beautiful little restaurant to hang out at. It does full justice to the north Vietnamese ambience and the staff is absolutely lovely. We were a group of four and reached the restaurant at an odd hour for lunch. Kim, our hostess was fantastic and guided us through the menu. Hungry that we were, we ordered a lot! The servings were more than adequate and the hot pot especially was something else. The wild salmon, cooked in country style and served with rice paper was amazing as well. We sat over our food and conversations for a looong time and were in no hurry to leave.

A beautiful restaurant to hang out at. We were there to try their hot pot dinner. The serving were more than adequate but somehow the soup stock seems taste not as good and light from other shop. We felt very thirsty after meal! We believe they must be added some Ajinomoto inside the soup to make the hot pot soup base tasty! This restaurant is more pricey than other! Personally I still prefer the restaurant right cross them (Moment Romantic restaurant hot pot)
