Had the absolute displeasure of staying in room 502 a few weeks back

The bed was truly awful. Just a mattress base with a $50 Temu mattress on top. It was hard as a rock. Highly embarrassing quality for the price you pay per night. After a complaint to the front desk their solution was to add a second Temu mattress on top.

I then sent an email with feedback that was unanswered for two weeks. When they eventually responded I was told that, should I prefer a soft bed I can email prior to arrange.

I stayed with a group for work and all other rooms had normal beds. But, the culturally inappropriate artwork was prevalent across all rooms.

If you do book, I highly encourage you to email ahead and request to not be put in room 502 until they rectify the bed issue.

Also allow around 20 minutes for check in. It’s a...

TERRIBLE BED!!! if you dont mind sleeping on a bed that feels like a yoga mat on a concrete floor, then you are fine. If you you actually want a decent sleep and not wake up with a sore neck and sore back, then save your money and fine somewhere else. everything was good, but the bed ruined it and i dont think i would ever stay here again because of it unless i had no other option. i paid over $500 for one night, and most likely have to pay more when i see the doctor because of my back. when we were asked at checkout how things were, we said good except the bed to which she replied "Too hard?" as if she already knew exactly what we were going to say. If you know about it then it should have already been fixed. Clearly dont care about it, so because of this, it has just ruined an...

Stay Away from This Place – Horrible Experience!

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with someone who claimed to be in charge of the building. While peacefully enjoying our dinner on the rooftop, a person with no name tag or any way to prove their authority rudely interrupted us and demanded that we leave immediately.

His behavior was shocking and unprofessional—he stood over us, invading our personal space, even as we were trying to collect our belongings. Despite politely asking him to step back and give us space, he continued hovering over us in an intimidating manner.

When we asked for his name or any proof of his identity, he flat-out refused. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...

Fantastic apartment building in a lively part of the city. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade! The apartment was spacious, fully furnished, and the bedroom featured stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. We also appreciated the starter kits in the bathroom, kitchen, and utility room—such a convenient touch. The only downside was the lift wait times - despite there being three elevators, we often had to wait quite a while for one to arrive.

Great room, beautiful view, great service, good price. Downside is location. Extremely loud partying which I could hear at 12am on sat and Sunday night from the 9th or 7th floor (can't remember. The glass windows in my room made the acoustics penetrative from downstairs. Too many goth/emo/dark themed parties/clubs/bars/pub around, some fighting on the streets, feels a little like tod Sweeney movie but scary. No recommended to walk around by yourself kind of area.
