And, of course, the adrenaline rush was only half the fun — the other half was watching the brave tourists in the front row, who didn’t quite realize they were signing up for a water ride that would test their stomachs in the most spectacular way. Let’s just say, the front row quickly became the splash zone, as one brave soul after another tried, and failed, to keep their lunch down. They shouldn’t even be getting a star these guys are the worst for business, rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sam was horrible he thought he was the absolute man, he thought he knew it all I asked for a time change due to having a baby with me before going on the ride 24 hrs prior and he laughed and told me they can’t let me on the boat and are leaving the dock no matter what I was 3 mins away. I then got a call from a women saying I have threatened Sam the staff member and then she proceeded to go off at my friend that was very innocent and made her cry when she was a victim in this whole problem, all because I said I was going to be three minutes late he argued with me with the term and conditions when they broke them changing our time because they hadn’t had enough people on the 1pm time slot I did not accept this request but they changed it anyway braking there policy so when I called saying I wasn’t going to make the time they changed it to they denied for me to go on a ride the following day and had to go on a waiting list, Sam was laughing at me and being so rude so was the women at the front desk, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND NOW I CANT GET MY $81.50 back and that’s per person don’t support these people, what type of business doesn’t support a family running 3...

Hi , We are from wangaratta Victoria and we came to gold coast for a short week holiday. We wanted to do some fun things and make some memories with our 2 teenage boys Brandon 16 and Kayden 15. We all love a bit of a thrill and thought the jet boat will be the way to go . Well it was absolutely fantastic experience let me tell you, all the staff where awesome and the jet boat was so powerful was something you really have to experience yourself. We went on the hour ride as thought the half hour wouldn't be long enough to truly enjoy it. We all got soo wet but was very welcomed on a warm summers day. Lastly Nigel our Jet boat driver made our ride/holiday so much more memorable, he was very funny and very knowledgeable about the area. Nigel is a great bloke a true Aussie legend and only to happy to answer any questions and was such a great person. Nigel is a absolute asset to your company and is worth his weight in gold and more. Without Nigel the ride wouldn't have made the experience so memorable and enjoyable. Can't speak highly enough about him, honestly he definitely is in the right career choice.
