The Atrium — Attraction in Melbourne

I am highly disappointed with the service received from Artarium. Their team seems to focus only on quoting policy rather than addressing genuine customer circumstances.

I had purchased an item online as a gift for my elderly mother, who isn’t comfortable with technology. I had flights booked on 28th October, and unfortunately, the product arrived broken on the same day. Since I was already in transit, my mother was unable to take photos or videos immediately.

When I later reached out to request a replacement or refund, the representative refused, insisting that I should have sent photos and videos on the day of delivery. It’s hard to understand how that would have been possible when I was literally on a flight.

I expected empathy and flexibility in handling such a genuine situation, but instead received rigid, policy-driven responses.

If you plan to buy from Artarium, I strongly recommend confirming their returns and damage-reporting policies before purchasing, as there seems to be no room for practical consideration or customer care when...
