Body Canvas Massage by appointment — Attraction in New Providence

This was a great experience from start to finish. I had just arrived to the Bahamas on vacation and really wanted to find a reputable place to get a massage. I contacted Body Canvas based on the outstanding reviews on Google. I messaged them in the hopes of finding a same day appointment. To my delight Omega responded quickly and they were able to take me in.

I arrived a bit early, not sure I was in the right place. Omega must've seen me out in the courtyard looking confused and came to the door and greeted me in the most friendly manor. Upon entering I was graciously offered water and the wifi password while I waited for the therapist to arrive. Omega was extremely attentive and accommodating the whole time.

As soon as the therapist Sanitra arrived she immediately contacted me and confirmed my needs as stated on the check-in sheet. They both had a very professional, calming and welcoming aura about them that made me feel very comfortable.

The room was a very clean and soothing environment. The table was very comfortable. Sanitra was extremely skilled and focused. She was very slow and gentle in her transitions in isolating each part of my body that she would be working on as not to disturb my relaxation. However when she was massaging she applied the exact right amount of firm pressure required. She seemed to telepathically find the right spots that needed attention with minimal guidance. She was communicative only when necessary, allowing me to get lost in relaxation. That is until I realized I carelessly left my phone on and it began ringing (sorry again for my poor etiquette) She was very cool about it and accepted my apology.

All in all I couldn't recommend Body Canvas highly enough. The whole vibe was exactly what I needed. So much so that when I get home I will probably find a local provider and have this become a regular part of my wellness routine. Though I have a feeling I will be disappointed in comparison to this.

My partner and I were visiting Nassau and scheduled a couples massage at Busy Canvas the day before my birthday.

Kat and her team are amazing! I've had plenty of bodywork done and the massage I got from Kat was one of the best I've ever had. My partner said the same - aloud, during the massage - about his. They have a broad skillset and each of us got quite different treatment that was very specific to our bodies.

On top of that, the whole staff were so friendly! We'd only been in Nassau for two days and weren't sure what else to do there and they hung out with us after our massages and gave us tons of advice and tips. We ended up having a really great time in Nassau and going to Body Canvas really kicked it off.

Great instructions were provided to me about where the business was located and Kat sat down with me and thoroughly gathered information about what I was looking for/needing in my experience. She was incredibly knowledgable, personable and has a pleasant and warm disposition. I felt immediately comfortable and knew I was in good experienced hands!
