Himawari Microbrewery — Attraction in Khan Daun Penh

Their beers are award-winning across all of Asia and I can absolutely see why. You can't go wrong with any of the options.

I've traveled all over the world and sampled all kinds of incredible beers but shockingly the best beer I've ever had (according to my personal tastes) was the "Oats" served right here at Himawari Microbrewery.

It's not cheap by any means. Nothing is there, but I've never almost cried from how much I loved a beer until I had their Oats.

Screw the girly bar district, (pun intended) go spend your money on some beer that'll knock your socks off if...

Microbrewery is a part of the upscale hotel so expect upscale place with upscale prices. Location by the river is ok, service was fine however the beers taste(I ordered the sampler plate)was merely average and when considering its price then I would rate it below average. I'm a big IPA fan but even their IPA was disappointing(not bitter enough nor hoppy taste/smell). Despite having a dinner there after finishing the beer sampler I continued with the water because I didnt see the point in drinking their beer. There are 2 much better options in PP when it comes...

Great location with enjoyable craft beers 🍺 Full menu available too. Very nice to chillax in the garden area overlooking the river and new promenade area. They even have this strange green stuff growing out of the ground... I think it’s called grass Haha 😆 Something you don’t see much in PP. Kid friendly with a small playground area or that grass stuff to run around on. Good for groups or the solo flyer. Accommodating staff but often a little scarce outside. Part of a 4 star hotel so don’t expect the cheapest prices...
