SOME CHEATING GOING ON !!! I have been going to this place before and really enjoyed in it's location, however I did ask a male waiter if they accept visa debit card in which he said yes. After our meal we tried to pay with a visa card and 2 female waitress said that the terminal for card payments was not working. We insisted that they accept our order by visa and somehow miraculously they were able to fix the credit card machine. We were about to walk out without paying them because they refused to accept our payment by visa which was sad because the real world pays by card these days specially when they tell you at this restaurant from beginning that they do. I hope the owner is reading this because you could be losing money over this because of 2 waitresses who may be pocketing cash. Sorry to say but you have lost a group of customers because of them. So in short the waitresses will not accept our payment either because they want to pocket hard earned cash, or because they cannot be bother to process our...

Frankly, this place has changed since I was last there. The menu seemed more extensive before and has now been reduced to a nice range of dishes, Khmer, Western and Asian, but it seems lacking compared to before. That said, I would still recommend this restaurant to all you Westerners. The food is passable but it's attraction is in its location. Right on the river side. Overlooking the water! If you can get a table upstairs, go for it! A cool beer and gazing out over the water watching the boats chug up and down the river is a delight. Expect Western prices. After all you are...

Walked here looking for the old yi sing recommended in lonely planet. They’re gone, unclear if this is the same owner/cook. Fish amok passable but nothing special. Cocktail very iverseeet and artificial. Great service, clean, but if a strong herbal scent in the dining room. River view pointless, water is puce brown, boats are ugly and zero redeeming riverside architecture. Perhaps it’s better at sunset? Don’t go out of your way. 5 stars for service,...

Only 4 stars for a specific reason, this is no reflection on the staff or resteraunt. We were a party of 6 and had the "Num Banh Chok with Chicken curry and Organs. None of us ate it, and we did actually feel rude leaving it. As all of us didn't eat it I believe its just a difference in Western palates, we dont eat that part of chicken. The staff and resteraunt were otherwise great, and the chefs really good, just that one dish that caused an East/West food clash.

I was so disappointed with their dim sum. It was overpriced and definitely not worth it. Service was slow. We had to ask for simple things like soy sauce or another drink from multiple servers. There were only 4 parties in the location at the time, and 8 staff members stood around the bar chatting and not assertive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. Items look good on pictures, but they lack flavor. Hence why we had to ask for more soy sauce multiple times.
