The food was average and the person in charge of the front of wasn't willing to welcome non white person like us in certain area of the restaurant (actually the best part with the views) as we ve been refused the access, the waitress pretending that all the tables we wanted were reserved or we stayed there an hour and those tables stayed empty while a white person walking to the restaurant alone and was taken to the table that we wanted.we asked her if she reserved the table and she said no, she just asked for the table with view. It s really bad that in 2024 this behaviour still exist especially.i ve never experienced such a behaviour in my life before. Typical high prices for mediocre gift shop quality. It's not that you won't find cute items, it's that they're obviously cheaply made. If you travel a lot, you know this level of quality well. It looks nice on the shelf when you're in a good mood, but you regret it the moment you get home. Clothes especially are often thin, poorly stitched, use silkscreening or patches that ruin fast, shrink, aren't soft, and the list goes on. This is one of those places for sure and especially high in price. If that's fine with you, great. But if you want some better quality Canadiana, maybe try Roots instead. Prices are crazy high but cool stuff. Staff are normally pretty cool. The clothes are mostly good quality stuff, but you pay a premium for the location and the prices reflect that. If money isn't an option highly recommend at least checking it out. Tons of Canada and Niagara Falls souvenirs, key chains, stuffed animals, nick-nacks and similar items.
