Kinda dumb that a disabled person cant sit at a table inside during the end if a heatwave. I have bad legs and knees with massive bruises on my knees, i sat down for not even a minute while my brother was using the bathroom and i had a man, not speaking a word to me, just wave his harms at me in an X fashion, not professional at all if you cant open your mouth and explain why i cant sit down for half a minute when im shaking as i walk?? I needed to sit before my legs gave out and its hot as hell outside, but couldn't leave my brother alone inside. they didnt even bother to talk to me, just a big X wave, rude. If you have that many tables, and ALL of them were empty, why cant i sit down when i am limping and hobbling while waiting for my younger brother to use a toilet. Apparently theres a sign that you can only sit if you are a guest at the cafe. The guests only rule is bull, especially when there are no guests and dozens of empty chairs that DISABLED guests of the falls, (who can use the toilets but not the chairs?) may need to use and the employees wont actually talk to you. The only sign my moyher has seen after i called her, to let her know that id be hobbling to the car, was not even the size of a piece of notebook paper. How they expect every single person to see such a little sign when they hide it behind a pillar...
Read moreAmazing place to be! Awesome customer service. You can purchase your Tickets to the Journey Behind the Falls and all other attractions Niagara Parks owns here.
It’s kind of like the centre of all the Attractions and if you need question’s answered, this is like the Big information place.
It gets busy in the summer every single day no exemptions. In the winter it’s fairly okay because there’s more business people. If you’re going to come in the summer, be prepared to be exhausted and excited at the same time.
There’s a restaurant onsite. Costs between $25-$60 depending on what you want. It’s a fine dining so yeah. There’s also a patio that has your regular burgers and chips. Ranges between $15-$20 I believe. Lastly, they also have this big Table rock market where you can explore various food options from burger, chicken, pizza, Sushi, spring rolls to drinks. There’s a Cafe as well selling your regular cafe things but with an extra sprinkle of Touristy stuff 😅
If you’re not prepared to spend a lot of money, please go ahead to leave the building and explore the other options you have like going further into the city which is quiet accessible with the WEGO buses 😭.
Overall, I don’t want to go too in-depth, but feel free to shoot me questions if you’re planning a trip to the falls and not sure...
