3.5/5 We decided to try the Fun Pass at Niagara Falls Fallsview Funzone, which offered six activities for $33, including tax. Initially, this seemed like a great deal for a group activity. I went with seven friends, and although the discounted price was a relief, I have to admit that if I had paid for each activity separately, I might have been disappointed. The House of Mirrors was surprisingly enjoyable. I liked the concept and had fun exploring it. However, the two haunted houses were quite disappointing. They were not well-done and definitely not worth the money. On the other hand, the laser tag games were surprisingly entertaining. They made for a fun group activity, and I genuinely enjoyed them. Mini putt was another highlight of our visit. Personally, I had a great time, but some members of my group didn't find it as enjoyable. Overall, I would say that the mini putt, laser tag, and mirror maze were the activities that made the experience feel worthwhile. However, I must mention that when we visited Clifton Hill and tried their maze of mirrors, it was a much better experience compared to the one at Fallsview. It seemed to offer more excitement and left us with a more satisfying feeling. While the Fun Pass at Niagara Falls Fallsview Funzone provided a decent range of activities for a reasonable price, it left a bit more to be desired. The mirror maze, two laser tag games, and mini putt were enjoyable, but the haunted houses were disappointing. For a more fulfilling experience, I would recommend checking out the maze of mirrors at Clifton Hill instead

Tourist be a aware. We only be there because the pass from hotel packages, but we still need to pay $12 per person after hotel pass (which we already paid extra for)for any game we play. They are near nobody else at new year eve, that should tell you something. When I asked about wifi password which clearly have their name on, their staff said "I don't know what you talking about" Their Acadia token exchange rule is very shady. You have to get exact dollar bill. Or they will exchange as lowest rate they have. When we ask one of front desk. She was saying exact words ”I don't know what you put in, you can put in anything and come to me. How do I know how much you put in." (Accuse customer lying in front of all her kids, customer service 101)Other staff told me "we don't do refund","go to another Acadia,if you are not happy". They are nicely doing their job, which is following their ridiculous rules to ripe people off. Attached the pass from hotel,we used the fall view location one, this is Clifton hill but same thing. Don't get the pass and throw away once you get it. Hope that would help for your next trip.

Stuff was either busy with fixing the arcade games or playing with their phones. Lucky it hasn't been busy by any means only one other family and a couple were seen at the time of our visit. Lots of the games were broken the other ones needed a lot of times the stuff to fix the issues. The mirror maze was fun. Mini golf got boring - the holes were all more or less the same but the paintings were nice. Laser tag was a hit. A massive downer was the haunted house. We asked the stuff if it's fine for kids to go in - sure no worries they will be fine. All the kids were terrified - didn't even go to second one. Just nasty if you ask them and they let you go in without a doubt. Youngest was 3 — not cool at all. - even the 10 year old said it was terrifying. Should I tell you about their nightmares after. The long conversations needed to calm them down. A age limit would be needed here or at least as a recommended age to enter. This was a huge downer and we are still not over it. It's just totally irresponsible in any means. Still all wound up about it.

Save your money, biggest ripp off, scam alert about the 5-6 activities they promote. Please read. Worst experience of all time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is absolutely not equipped with the proper skills to handle and address customers' concerns promptly. I know good customer service when I see it. These people even have the audacity to charge me tourist tax!! Can you believe this nonsense!! Charging tourism tax for a Canadian citizen and one of these so called customer service "representatives" had the audacity to question my Canadian heritage and proceeded to ask me racist like questions, saying the tourist must pay this tax. I advised her and her colleague I am a Canadian citizen, how dare you charge me tax, and tell me I am a tourist in my own country. I asked for a full refund before proceeding to the play areas, and they declined my request, laughing and smirking between each other. They just respond with no. If you don't like it, you can email the manager. how great that 2 people are just as incompetent as each other same level. I have lived in Niagara for years. Shame on you and shame of this establishment who trained you so well that you this racist even with Canadians. Can't imagine how you treat foreigners. Shame on you. Will never recommend you to anyone. If you see this place run the opposite direction. Scammers is not a good enough word to describe this business.. the games don't even work. And the hunted house one is closed, and other has no one or actors. Overall if i can give zero out of 5 starts that would...

Would give it a 0 if you could. Horrible and WASTE of money. Do not bother. Place should be shut down. First off the mini golf is absolute disaster. ONLY 8 holes, not 18, supposedly under renovations, yet nobody seems to be working on it (website also fails to mention) say they are the newest, best 18 hole indoor minigolf, and there isn't a discount on price. Hole 1 is across ALL other 7 holes. You are standing on other people's game, nobody is monitoring amount of people at one time, so everyone is bumping into others etc....absolute JOKE!!!

The maze was the only decent thing, but might be worth .50 a person.

Fun house is a JOKE as well....nothing in there is FUN. Most things are broken and it's super small...nobody seems to fix any dangerous things (1/2 of the bumper pad is pulled down on one hanging pole, the step on things are broken, 1/2 the buttons don't work on the push toys, the computer on the buzzy game is broken).

Haunted house isn't haunted.....just people screaming in your face, with cell phone lights...no dramatic, horror anything, and super short.

Arcade token prizes are pathetic!!! I hit 500 tickets on the candy crush had over 1300 tickets and couldn't even get anything not less than dollar store worthy. Save your money, go to dollar store and buy 100 worth of dollar toys it'll be more fun.

Place is run down, raking the money for things they are false advertising and providing (should be fraud) and should be closed down for safety issues.

AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY, THROW IT OVER THE FALLS IT'LL...
