Flame Fare & Grill — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Poor service and staff assistance. Yesterday me and my family were there for a quick meal between 7:20 - 8:00 pm , we ordered couple of food and one of them was the salami burger, upon collecting it had a patty of beef , we spoke to the staff and he asked us to wait for 5 min then when making noise the manager comes and asks for the receipt which her staff had when collecting the food but again he has misplaced it so the manager is refusing to do anything for me until she gets the slip, the number was 37 but still they went rounf and round and the food is just there infront of me

all i asked was to remove the beef patty and replace with chicken which they told me they will charge extr and i agreed , they kept me on wait for more then 15 min and i just left the food there and left . zero customer service

paid $20 + taxes and their staff enjoyed the feel meal donation while i walk out annoyed and hungry and trust me...

I ate a fried chicken sandwich and my husband ate a buffalo fried chicken sandwich. I would give 0 stars if I could. The bun was cold, dry, zero flavors. The meat was flavorless too, way smaller than the bun. Almost no sauce (and it was just regular cheap mayo). Even the veggies were flavorless. But at least it was way overpriced, we payed $33 (Canadian) for the 2 "burgers", no drinks or fries. I rarely write bad reviews because the restaurants are usually at least trying to give you something edible and I feel bad for writing bad reviews, but in this case I felt like they just don't care, if they toasted the bun, gave some sauce that tastes better, and put like 3 pickles in it, it would be a 3 star meal and wouldn't cost much... A McDonald's chicken sandwich is much better...

The food was surprisingly good and had larger portions than I was expecting for the price.

The fish in the fish and chips was HUGE! The breading was good and it wasn't fishy tasting. The fries it came with were girthy and could have been more crispy.

The apple pecan goat cheese salad was delightfully fresh. The sweetness from the apple and candied pecans balanced well with the creamy tartness of the goat cheese. The spinach, arugula, and misc. lettuce salad was a wonderful blend and didn't include even a single wilted leaf!

The ketchup crisps must be a Canadian thing. I get the idea, it's like ketchup and fries in a potato chip but it somehow makes real ketchup taste fake. To me, this is how...
