I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff were very rude, who told me to get back in line in a disrespectful way. While this happened, my mother and I got separated, and someone stole my mother’s phone.

We asked to check the CCTV because we felt the bag had been tampered with, but staff said they were in another office and would take at least several tens of minutes to arrive. Why is security not monitoring inside the store? If they are going to be elsewhere, why hire them at all?

While waiting, the thief used the stolen card to make a purchase of around 8 million KRW.

Additionally, when I tried to call 911, security tried to prevent me and directed me to another number, wasting precious time. As a foreigner unfamiliar with the local address, I asked for help to communicate it to the police, but the security refused, causing further delays. It was very difficult to follow English directions for the address.

FAKE LABUBUS AND NO AC!!!! This store will scam you! And it doesn’t have AC. They sell fake Labubus for over $50 after tax! I’ve been looking everywhere for a Labubu for my 12 year old daughter she’s obsessed with them. I was so excited when I found (or thought I had finally found) one. I noticed they were priced a lot higher here than they are at Pop Mart, but I bought it anyways. When I got home and gave it to my daughter, she was so happy she was jumping with joy and ripped the box open. Thirty seconds after opening the box, she burst into tears. I didn’t understand why. She said, “It’s fake! It’s not real!” I can’t believe I got scammed and paid over $50 for something that’s not even real. They shouldn’t be advertised as Labubus, indicating that they are real. They should be advertised as Lafufus! Also, this store doesn’t have any AC. It was absolutely disgusting inside. The merchandise was great. However, I was there shopping on the 29th of September. I was in line to check out, one of the employees guided me over to her register with an mean glaring look on her face. (Do not know if she was trying to but it made me feel some kind of way) when I approached her, there was no hello or hi how are you, like great customer service should be.
