I had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao. The French-themed decor and replica Eiffel Tower really make the place feel unique and luxurious. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the Cotai Strip. I especially appreciated the family-friendly facilities and the variety of dining options on-site. Check-in was a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff were polite and professional. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting Macau for both leisure and sightseeing. Would definitely come back! The Parisian Macao is one of the most visually impressive and unique hotels I’ve stayed at in Macau. From the moment you arrive, the grand entrance and Eiffel Tower replica set the tone for a luxurious and immersive experience. The design is elegant and thoughtfully themed, giving off a strong Parisian vibe that’s consistent throughout the property—from the lobby to the shopping arcade. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with classic European touches. The view from our window included a partial view of the Eiffel Tower, which was especially stunning at night when the lights came on. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with premium amenities. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient throughout the stay. We dined at Le Buffet and Brasserie and were genuinely impressed by both the quality and variety of food. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good mix of Western and Asian choices. Staff at the restaurants were polite and attentive, making the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel is massive, so getting around can be a little overwhelming at first, but signage is clear and helpful. The location on the Cotai Strip is ideal—everything from entertainment to shopping and other major resorts is within walking distance. The complimentary shuttle bus service is also a huge plus, making it easy to get to and from the ferry terminal and airport. There were a few downsides: the check-in process was quite slow, and we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes despite arriving in the early afternoon. The front desk staff were courteous but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Also, while most of the service was excellent, we did encounter a few moments where staff seemed unsure or not very responsive to questions. Additionally, the lighting in the room was a bit dim, which might not be ideal for everyone. That said, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The Parisian Macao offers great value for a luxury stay, especially for families and couples. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau and looking for a memorable and stylish place to stay. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Was rather disappointed overall, and didn’t have a good impression at start. Subpar customer service: I purposely wrote a email requested for high floor and connecting room and received an email of acknowledgement noted my request. At check in I was told my room type doesn’t come with connecting so I was given side by side - this was not communicated in the email so clearly they just send out a default email, no effort was made to arrange connecting room for me. And my rooms are at low floor. Although the ground staff tried to arrange connecting room the next day it is not acceptable to me as it means my time will be wasted to move rooms the next day. So I declined the offer. Parisian Macau is not a low cost hotel, I am disappointed at the pre arrival communication that’s simply a default reply. Disappointing Effiel Tower room view : As mentioned in other review, it’s not a full window, you only get half a window. Upon walk into the room the view is foot of tower. On my bed the tower is not visible. You can only see the Effiel tower when you stand right in front of the window. The lobby is beautiful but the room is just generic and plain. Bed was hard : compared to other chain such as Hilton, this is the most uncomfortable bed. I came across a vlog who mentioned she hurt her shoulder due to the hard bed, so this is true. Location is far from happening places : To get to Food Street you need to walk from Parisian to Venetian to outdoors. To get to Londoner you also need to walk through Venetian. Parisian itself is less interesting so we spent a lot of time walking out of the place. What’s Great! : However I must complement the house keeping which redeems the hard bed. Upon calling, the staff came very fast and set up additional comforter for my bedding very swiftly. So swiftly that he didn’t even pause to take my thank you tips (you know some will purposely slow down wait for tips but he didn’t) I usually do not require daily housekeeping, I appreciate the hotel left a note to inform they reserve the right to enter & check on guest if there’s no response. And they did call my room a couple of times asking if I need housekeeping. This makes me feel well taken care of and safe. Ultimately I had wonderful sleep (thanks to housekeeping team) but still disappointed with lack of sincereity with my pre arrival default email with no effort to arrange connecting room. Tips: walk outdoor to neighbouring hotels which is so much faster. The inside connection is a giant maze through all the shops, and up and down multiple escalators which took extremely long time to walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Parisian Macau to spend my anniversary and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality despite the long line of people waiting to check in. The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are a pleasant surprise. The rooms themselves were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room design truly made me get a feel of Paris. One of the highlights of my stay was the brunch spread buffet. The variety and quality of the food were simply outstanding. From freshly baked pastries to a wide selection of international cuisines, there was something to satisfy every palate. The chefs at the Parisian Macau truly know how to create a culinary experience that leaves a lasting impression. The location of the Parisian Macau is also worth mentioning. Being right next to Studio City and conveniently connected to the Venetian and Londoner, it made exploring hot spots a breeze. Whether I wanted to catch a show, try my luck at the casino, or simply indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just a short walk away. The convenience of having these world-class entertainment options at my doorstep truly enhanced my overall experience. In addition to the fantastic rooms, delectable brunch spread buffet, and excellent location, the Parisian Macau also offers a range of other amenities such as a luxurious spa, pool with panoramic views, and a vibrant casino. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my stay at the Parisian Macau was an unforgettable experience. The combination of the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view, the mouthwatering brunch spread buffet, and the convenient location made it a truly exceptional hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

The property is really clean and really big, there was shopping and dinning throughout the hotel. The decor through out the property is very beautiful. Loved the high ceiling in the lobby. If service is what you are looking for, this might not be the hotel to book. For a 5 star hotel, we expected more. We arrived at the border from Zuhai to take the shuttle to the hotel, but the lines were extremely long, and had to wait in the sun on a super hot day for over 20 minutes, and though they had bottle waters on the curb they did not hand out any of it. The shuttle used was a 20 passenger van and we were 3 families with luggage and kids, and the shuttle did not have any luggage racks and we had to fill the aisle with luggage. Instead of dropping us off at the lobby we were dropped off at the parking garage and had to carry all our luggage from there to the lobby with no assistance at all. The check in process was really bad as well. Because they didn't want too many people waiting in line, they asked only 1 of use to check in for all three families, however the check in process took over 30 minutes and they kept asking for things from the other families, so had to keep running back and forth. Bought the breakfast at checkin and for the price, it is really not worth it. the selection were okay, but again the service was average. For a hotel with so many rooms they only have 1 small pool, which was completely inadequate. it was packed with people. Although the property another area for play and swim for kids, they wanted to charge for use. So if you are looking for good service at a 5 star hotel, this might not be the one.
