To preface: I don't like writing negative reviews, but having exhausted other avenues to reach the powers that be it seems this is the only alternative left.
Firstly, have more than one member of staff, especially during peak times. To have to wait 5/10 minutes for towels (which is a 'premium service') each time you come isn't on. Especially if it means the one staff member has to interrupt their coaching session with a client. Bad business management.
Secondly, I could write a whole essay on the number of times I've complained about being verbally sexuallised by other members in the spa area. One time, someone even took a video on their phone of me walking naked in the sauna area. When I complained to a staff member, their response,'Can I get a copy?' Fortunately, I have witnesses. Unfortunately, the member who committed the crime is still a regular in the relaxation area with his phone held high.
I have other complaints, but I'm currently mid-workout and feel that this is already enough to go on. I haven't lowered the number of stars because the staff are lovely, and its not their fault that the higher ups care more about profit than actually providing the services promised...

I know Hamburg is expensive in general, but I paid €100 for a little over three weeks (hence the four star rating). Compare this to Paris, for one, where I paid €37 per month. The guest pass that you receive doesn’t open the door, so you have to flag down an employee every single time you arrive and leave. Nice locker room facilities with built-in locks for free. A trend I really dislike, which is present all over Europe, and the United States, is playing of loud music over the gym speaker system. Can we please stop this trend?! Anyone who wants to listen to music or podcast brings their own source and headphones, and they have to fight the volume of the PA system to hear their own audio. The worst of all the the customer service, after two year payment my membership (not cheap of course) I wanted to cancel and I did with 2 months advance the end of my contract. They reply my saying that my membership was cancelled but they kept taking money from my bank account, I send them bunch of email and no reply for a while until they reply me saying actually I had one more year of membership and that i would have to keep paying for it. I send them email, they don’t answer me I call them and have to wait 20 min for a human to pick up the phone, and when they do, they don’t know and/or don’t want to help you and turn off the phone.
