Amoudi Bay Port — Attraction in Municipality of Thira

Not that great a place unlike the hype about it... very expensive restaurants, super small and crowded walkway and not very friendly staff. Nearly impossible to find a public bathroom without climbing the 300 stairs back to Oia.

Note about the beach - it's a serious walk/climb among the rocks to get there, very difficult for people not used to it. Don't do it after dark, and wear proper shoes. The beach itself is beautiful but not necessarily very different than other parts...

This port is beautiful but the trip down from oia was smelly because of the donkey poop. Be prepared of the smell. The view will be worth it. The restaurants at the port were quite pricey though. Would recommend having your lunch...

Beautiful spot. To swim you must go around the headland and jump off - not ideal so we skipped it. But a great place to explore & grab a fresh meal at the seaside 🙌🏼 take a few minutes to let the food settle before returning back up...
