One of many souvenir shops in the old downtown area with a good selection. I purchased one of the troll figurine and a shot glass as gifts for the family who didn't get to come on vacation. Prices are typically the same in all the stores, with the exception of the airport duty free.

Nice place to get your souvenirs, but be mindful that most of the products are not made in Iceland. They are mostly made in China and Indonesia, and I found many of the exact same products on Amazon for far less.

Food was great, had the fish and chips and lamb shank. Fish was light and flaky and the lamb was perfectly cooked. The wait staff there was also very friendly

Got to be the worst gift shop in the area. Just purchased 3 fridge magnets and realised there are better ones so wanted to change them however the "passive aggressive" cashier demanded a receipt. Receipt? Transaction was made less than 1min ago and cashier failed to provide a receipt.Later during the process come to realise that he did not know how to process the exchange. After asking help from his colleague "Leo" we managed to leave. The cashier was just talking over instead of listening...

A large shop with unusual things to buy, a good souvenir shop.. staff are very friendly and spoke good English, because I can only speak English which is very helpful for me. There is another Viking shop in Reykjavik which is smaller and more intimate, and I actually preferred this, this of course is only my personal opinion. I highly recommend the store, it has an eclectic mixture of...

Souvenir shops are unabashedly geared for one purpose. However:

Prices in this shop were on-par or lower, and there were some pieces that weren't seen elsewhere yet, so top marks for selection and pricing.

The clerk spoke excellent English, was helpful and of course understood to bubble wrap everything breakable for the trip home.

A...
