So I get a discount coupon on my whatsapp. I get on their app and try placing an order and the coupon says invalid. I Mail them and also call their customer care and Inform of the issue. The customer care guy says he'll check and call back and I don't receive any call back. The next day I receive an email to try any 'other' coupon so basically it appears they send me an invalid coupon to entice me to order.

BTW, their veggie weight is usually at the lower range of the weight they display. Example, if their ridgegourd weight range is 300gms-500gms, I have always received only 300-350gms, a couple of times even below 300gms.
