I forgot to bring my shoes after my friend's birthday party. 2 months later, when I came back to ask for my shoes, they only called the lost and found service, and simply saying that they do not have my shoes anymore. They did not even let me go to the place where i left my shoes. Moroever, when the receptionist called the lost and found, she was a bit informal and it is not really pleasant to hear that the one who is in charge of lost and found almost refused to check belongings which are lost 2 months ago. This is really a disappointment. I know it is my fault that i did not ask the day after i lost my shoes, but how come they did not even have my shoes in the lost and found list? I am here for visa application, and I am writing for suggestion to management of the plaza.Please kindly consider to change the time of scouring/mopping of the lobby floor time.Since the New Tenant TLS open its door at 7 am Monday to Saturday, and the applicant cannot wait at 25th floor before the appointment slots so must wait at the lobby while when your dedicated housekeeping staff doing their scouring,we cannot wait also at the lobby.Please kindly consider this and maybe management have in mind where the applicants should wait, and some applicant come earlier.Your kind assistance is...
