Got an appointment at 10.30 am on 8th of september, to get a matching tattoo with my boyfriend (2 fingerprints and small writting). We told them when we made the appointment a few days earlier that we have a plane to catch, that goes at 8.40 pm, and we thought that from 10.30 we will be done at 2.30/3 pm for sure, so we can grab a bite as my boyfriend has type 1 diabetes. Got there in time and was told there is no tattoo artist there yet and we have to wait 30 minutes. We waited 30min, then another 30 min. At around 12 am comes a lady (that has been there since we arrived at 10.30) asking if we are ready.. yes, we have been ready. After making the design we start the tattoo at 12.30, i go first. While she was doing my tattoo, there were many coworkers coming in the room to chat with her, one of them actually sitting down next to me to chat nonstop, though my boyfriend was not allowed to sit in the same room, so make it make sense. I am originally from Romania so i can understand some italian. I thought it was bad practice to say to your coworker midway tattooing that you do not like the tattoo you are making, i understood that. She is done with my tattoo in 2 hours (2.30 pm), i like it at least. Then she takes a break and disappears for a while. Starts to tattoo my boyfriend at 3pm and even though it is the same design, it takes only 1h while mine took 2. My lines are a bit more defined, and that is because we had to tell her that we have to catch a plane (again), and only now she understood that the plane goes today. Not to mention that she took another break to eat even though she had 2 words left to tattoo.. dragging the time so you have to pay more. They do not accept card so I had to run to take money out. The manager of the tattoo/club place left out to smoke even though i was coming in to pay and just rush to take a cab to the airport. Ended up giving him the money in hand on an alley... The tattoo artist is very good in her work and i recommend her, but did not enjoy the long waiting time and how things...
Read moreI went with some friends who ended up deciding to leave. I wanted to stay there longer so I asked to be moved to a one person seat. They said no. I went back to the table and one of the waiters came and grabbed the drink I hadn’t finished yet and told me “I need this table”. After paying I told the manager the service was terrible. To what he replied “Because you were on a table for four and only you drunk”. By the way the only person who drunk is the one who gets the rude treatment? And when my friends decided to leave I tried to ask for a one person seating and they turned me down. To what the manager said you should could have seated at the bar (which I asked for before). Anyways I left and next day I had messages on my dms on instagram from the manager. He told me I had no common sense, I was lying about the other waiter being rude (when he was not even there to see it) and proceeded to tell me that he checked my insta stories and saw that the place I went next was terrible and so I couldn’t say that his bar is the worse I have ever been. I never experienced anything like this in my life. It feels like I was talking with a 12y old who was given the job of managing a bar where costumer service is essential but to which he doesn’t seem to know much about. I’m still shocked until now. Last but not least even tho I had no issues with the tattoo personal (they were very nice) the price for the tattoos was also exaggerated, 100€ for the smallest which one would even consider if the place was actually amazing and it would mean having a great memory for the future. That was...
Read moreIf you are a tourist, I’d highly recommend going elsewhere for a tattoo. I had messaged this tattoo shop prior to coming in and they said they weren’t busy. Me and a group of five others went to all get tattoos. The lady who served us was very lovely, she listened to our designs and what we wanted, but after she spoke to the “artist” (who we never met) she came back with some really high prices (I’m talking 180 euro for a tiny outline of a peach tattoo). When we questioned this, we were told it was because the artist would have to do “curved lines”. I am covered in tattoos and have been tattooed by over 20+ artists and know for a fact this is a lie and no true artist would charge extra for something silly like a “curved line”. We decided to go ahead with the tattoos despite the insanely ridiculously high price of them and we waited for TWO HOURS. My friend very politely asked one of the guys (I assume a tattoo artist) how much longer we may have to wait and he was very rude to us telling us there were more people before us (we literally couldn’t see any other people around). We decided to leave and never come back. If I were in this businesses shoes, I would’ve wanted to get us in and out because they were about to make around 1000 euro from us all but we are more than happy to take our business elsewhere where we won’t be taken advantage of. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed, especially after all these “5...
