Manuela Zanvettori Murano — Attraction in Venice

An excellent shop with very beautiful and modern designs. I got air earrings which are glass blown shapes with gold foil inside them. I also got a gift for my MIL. It's more pricey than others but I felt that they were worth it.

I got the air earrings and a long necklace for my MIL for €150 and I felt like it was well worth it for something that’s guaranteed authentically made in Murano.

OLD POST: I highly recommend this store if you want to get something that is classy & chic. I am just wondering why I don't have the holographic murano glass stickers/tags on my purchases. But I'm very happy with what I bought regardless.

Gentile signora Zanvettori, come ho già scritto , mi trovavo in vacanza a Murano e sono entrata nel suo negozio , mi ha servita un signore magro con occhiali da vista , i prezzi non erano esposti sulla merce ma indicati da lui .

Non ho nessun motivo di scrivere cose che non sono vere. Trovo che i suoi oggetti sono molto belli tanto che ne ho acquistati tre, due bracciali e un anello peccato che tornando a casa sono andata sul suo sito e ho trovato l'anello dorato con la testa di puma a 89 euro e a me è stato venduto 150 poi fatto un piccolo sconto e il braccoale 225 euro e sul sito 175euro poi con piccolo sconto e un'altro bracciale con le perle che si possono scambiare 125 euro . Mi ha chiesto come pagavo e se potevo dargli il contanti . Ho dato una parte in contanti e l'altra pagamento con carta. Verifichi lei se le risulta il mio nominativo tra gli acquisti.

Mi dispiace a me di essere incappata in questo.

Comunque sicuramente comprerò altri suoi gioielli , ma senz'altro sul sito , cosi avrò la sicurezza del prezzo giusto.

Buongiorno, mi rammarico per ciò che è successo. Ieri ero a Murano e sono entrata nel negozio di Manuela Zanvettori , attirata dalle bellezze di questi gioielli , ho acquistato tre cose di cui un bracciale con le teste di un Puma, un anello con la testa di un Puma e un bracciale con delle pietre intercambiabili. Il primo bacciale chiedeva 245 euro L'anello 150 euro E il bracciale con le pietre 110 euro.

PER UN TOTALE DI 550.00 Euro

Tutti i pezzi sono pubblicati sul loro sito con il dettaglio del prezzo .

Il commesso è stato gentilissimo tanto che dal prezxo di partenza a suo dire mi ha fatto un grosso sconto . Ho pagato tutto 450 euro . Mi ha chiesto se potevo pagare parte in contanti e parte con carta, cosa che io ho fatto.

Ripartita sono andata sul loro sito. E con molto dispiacere ho riscontrato che, i gioielli costano notevolmente meno. Questi i prezzi: Il primo bracciale 175 euro L'anello 89 euro e il bracciale con le pietre 110 euro il totale dei te pezzi è di euro 37500

Mi domando e vi chiedo perché questa scorrettezza e POCA SERIETÀ ?

Spero che sia successo soltanto a me, ma dubito che questo sia un caso...
