This hotel is an awesome location for those that want to have a nice view and a romantic time with their lovers. The rooms they have can either give you a nice view of the Skytree or the whole city. They also have different restaurants, a bakery, beauty salons, and a photographer. Check out their website for all the available things in their hotel. This place is good if you're planning to do a wedding because of all the available things I mentioned above. Smoke room is also available in the 1st floor. The reception is around the corner on the back. They also have a baggage area you can leave your baggage in whether you're checking in early or checking out too early but still want to have time to explore the city before you leave the area for the day. It was also free as well. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although it seems to be available for club members only or for those that purchased that option. Be wary that they may not allow you to go in if you have tattoos. You can always ask if they allow you (I didn't use the service so I wasn't able to ask). On the same floor as the swimming pool (floor 5), they have a small laundry room tucked in around the lobby area of the fitness center. There are only two washers and two dryers available. The lobby area, which includes access to the fitness facility or the laundry room, does have open hours from 12pm-8pm.

Rooms are spacious enough but can be small if you're in a large group of three or more people. However, views are awesome. The TV does not come with VOD which was annoying. There's free wi-fi in the hotel. They also offer amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair ties, body towel, bath towels and hand towels, combs, shavers, etc. within the bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious as well. It comes equipped with heated toilet that has bidet available. The bath tub is normal American/European sized, not your usual deep Japanese bath tubs. They change your towels, make your beds, and take out your trash everyday unless you turn on the switches in your room that says "Do Not Disturb." If you do, they will leave a laminated paper with information about why they weren't able to go into your room and tidy it up or provide extra towels and such. It does say you can request it after if you so need to. They also gave us three cards (two room keys and a little paper card you can put on the little slot that leaves your electricity within the room running). The room also has hair dryer if you need it and they do provide bathrobes everyday. They will leave the drawer open to let you know they provided new ones if you happen to use them. You can also request an iron and ironing table to be sent up to your room if you need it.

The service was awesome at this hotel as well. There are concierge and bussers that help you out unload when you are dropped off by the hotel on a taxi or private car, or some kind of car transportation. They will guide you to the reception desk and leave the door open for you, even though they're automatic doors for the most part. There's also someone waiting by the elevator area to press the button for you as soon as you arrive. You do have to swipe your room key inside the elevator to get to the room areas. Don't need to swipe your room key if you're just going to the public areas (restaurants and shops) or if you're going to the 1st floor. The receptionists can also speak English if you need help with anything.

The hotel is also a 5min walk away from the train station and there's a bike storage/parking area in front of the hotel if you need to store bicycles. There's also lots of shops and convenience stores (highlight 7eleven for ATM machine that you can draw out yen from for foreign card holders) around the area and it's a 10min walk away from the Senso-ji temple area. The hotel is also one of the stops for the airport limousine that drops you off or picks you up at Narita and/or Haneda.

There's just a lot of things about this hotel that I would definitely consider booking it again!
