Kid's Area — Attraction in Tokyo

Why is this called a kid's area?? It is just grass only, and there were no other kids in sight. Can you imagine my child's disappointment when after walking for a long time with a promise of playtime in a kids area, all we find is grass, as in the rest of the park? I thought at least there would be something of interest for kids like a wooden play structure, a swing or anything interesting at all for a child! There was grass. Just grass. The garden is still extremely beautiful , but the "kids area" name seems misleading because there is nothing at all interesting...

This was the place we first toured when we got off the Night Bus from Osaka. The park was on my map when we search for a place to just hang out and found this place..

It is a huge park, and when we got here early, there aren't many people yet. And the park is super clean and the entrance fee is okay, not too expensive..

We got here at Japan in autumn. So the place was full of orange leaves scattered on thr ground and it was amazing sight to see, as we are from the Philippines, we have tropical weathers, it was my first time to see Autumn...

This large park in traditional style with Japanese and tranquil gardens is super-relaxing place, ideal for families and groups or just romantic walks.

The park is clean and well-maintaineded. There are several place to rest and buy some snacks.
