This is a nice department store that sells all sorts of stuff. I was looking for a nice Japanese-made water bottle for someone, and found so much more. Since they are in Shibuya, they're going to be busy. Especially in the basement stationary section and the first floor souvenirs. Loft seems to be committed to make the tax refund process as inefficient as possible. What usually is a straightforward process in Japan is turned into a multiple-step process where they retain a handling fee of 1.55/2%.. It is a tokyu hands for younger crowds. A lot of variety for notepad / books , deco stuff.

Bonus point for tourist : there's a fuji wonder printing kiosk, printing photos for just ¥40-100, great as souvenirs ! Photos are printed rather instantly after payment.
