I did a facial trial with them, and from then on I should have noticed the red flags before signing up for a further 3 sessions. On the trial, the registration took ages, and the lady lead me to weigh myself to my confusion and horror (I was there for a facial). Granted I am heavy but at least double confirm before making an assumption. The trial facial itself was okay but again a looootttttt of waiting time before and after the facial. I donāt know what possessed me to treat myself so I signed up for a further 3 sessions. My first scheduled session I had to cancel quite last minute because of the election. And after that, no follow up whatsoever, and when I WA themļ¼ I either get no response or half hearted replies. Finally I went to the physical store to confront them, they made me wait further, pretend to fill in forms etc just so I donāt cause a scene. When it was finally my turn, I asked them why they donāt respond on WA. They gave me so many excuses, I was on leave⦠this and that. But it only takes 5 seconds to say hey I am on leave, can I get back to you on xxx date. Itās not that hard! I already know theyāre not going to take responsibility to make it up to me, so I told them I havenāt used any of the 3 sessions and to give me a refund. The lady at the counter gaslit me, saying that I am the one who should get back to her with the date. When in fact there was no calls after the cancellation at all. And she was very firm with no refunds eventhough I didnāt use the services yet. What made me angrier was that she said how they were being gracious not charging my first session that had to be canceled because of UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. So I said okay charge for the cancelled session, refund my remaining sessionās money. She was persistent saying they donāt do refunds, and insisted that I schedule for all my appointments. Is this how you conduct a business? Make appointment or burn my money?! Eventhough Iāve repeated said I want a refund, eventhough I repeatedly said Iām already not happy with the service so far what makes you think I want to go ahead with your service?
