Complaint Regarding Staff Service and Baby Chair Issue
I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to this restaurant. I came with three young children and requested two baby chairs from one of the staff members (1). At the time, the staff (1) was attending to another customer, so I waited patiently.
After a few minutes, I took the initiative to get one available baby chair from a corner of the restaurant. However, I was still waiting for the second baby chair that I had requested earlier. Approximately 5–10 minutes later, another staff (2) came out with a baby chair, but the first staff (1) stopped her from giving it to me. The chair was then taken back inside without any explanation.
I then approached the staff (2) again to ask about the baby chair I had requested. Only after several more minutes did I finally receive the second chair. Throughout the incident, both staff members were seen "berbisik-bisik & lirik-melirik" to each other.
I would like to ask is there a limit on how many baby chairs a table is allowed to request? Or are customers required to provide a reason before being allowed more than one baby chair?
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and discourteous attitude shown. As a customer dining with young children, I expected a bit more consideration and friendly service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
End of the story, I lodged a complaint with the staff at the payment counter regarding this matter, and they apologized for what had happened. The second staff (2) who brought the baby chair back inside also apologized. However, the first staff (1) did not offer any apology at all.

However, the coleslaw that followed was extremely disappointing. The texture was watery, and it felt like the vegetables had been completely blended into a puree. It looked and tasted unappetizing, resembling baby food rather than a proper coleslaw. I truly would not recommend ordering it. The Penne with Chicken was next, and it was a relief to find that this dish was well-prepared and flavorful. If you’re dining here, this is a dish I’d recommend. The Grilled Chicken Chop followed, and it was nicely cooked with a good carbonara sauce. It was served with mashed potatoes, fries, and a small portion of coleslaw. While the mashed potatoes were decent, the coleslaw was once again underwhelming. Lastly, the Baked Mushroom Soup arrived. While the bread on top was enjoyable, the soup itself tasted almost identical to store-bought instant mushroom soup powder. It lacked originality, which was a letdown.
