Seoul Garden HotPot Suria Sabah — Restaurant in Sabah

25 Dec 22 about 230pm. Bad service and average food for the price. We came in and set on a table without a device tablet used to order, when asked how to order without a device, the waiter and waitress just left us without any menu and we had to shift to a table with a tablet. We ordered the hotpot dish and clicked the add-on rice which somehow did not register in the order. We asked the waiter which also seemed so unsure. So we ordered separately again. Order took about more than 40mins to arrive. When our dishes arrived it came without the rice we ordered, and we had to ask where our rice was and the waitress again did not get back to us. We had to walk over and ask multiple times, and in the end they said the rice was still cooking and don't know how long before it will be done. Terrible service, average food. They may have been understaffed, but this is still utterly bad floor management and order system and poor communication . Will not come here again unless...

Worse experience ever. We been to many Korean claimed restaurant across Malaysia, however this outlet was rare bad customer service me and family ever experienced. We were told to clear the table not even the food arrived due to stupid Frontline (the acting boss maybe) didn't notice we actually just move the table. She not even checked with the cashier that we have paid more than RM150 for not even up to Korean standard meal (overall). Kimchi not even up to standard, small portion for all dishes and overly priced. In Korea, all topping, adds-on was free and even in many Korean outlet across Kuala Lumpur. Surprisingly this outlet charge RM18 for kimchi yg tidak sedap.

Please don't judge your local customers like they don't afford to dine in your restaurant. Be nice even they not orang putih or foreigners for when COVID-19 strike - you surely will need to depend the...

I visited Seoul Garden HotPot at Suria Sabah Food Hall and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and authenticity of the Korean dishes offered.

The menu features classics like Bibimbap, Hot Plate, Hot Pot, and Japchae, which immediately caught my attention.

For my meal, I decided to try the Braised Beef Hot Pot, a chef's recommendation. The ordering process was straightforward, thanks to the provided Samsung tablet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process.

The hot pot arrived quickly, and the first taste was incredibly spicy, but it grew on me as I continued eating. The braised beef was tender and flavorful, making the dish truly enjoyable. The overall dining experience was outstanding, with hot and tasty food, a clean and spacious area, and friendly staff.
