Need a lot of improvement on customer service.

Poor customer service - When a customer approached your entrance desk you supposed to greet and guide customer to your available table NOT JUST SITTING AT THE CORNER AND JUST LET CUSTOMERS WONDER AROUND.

Taking order - When a customer ready to place an order you supposed to a have a pen and a notes to jot down instead of memorising end up it will resulted you to come back and ask for a repeat order. We saw that the staff taking notes and repeat order to other customers but not to us. It shows that your staff lack of common sense and incompetence.

3 . Menu - When it comes to celebrate a birthday, cake’s menu is the most crucial part and you are supposed to advise whichever available or unavailable. When we already ordered for a cake then you came back simply saying it’s UNAVAILABLE and the worst part you just showing an ego face without any words of apology then just left.

I went to the cake counter and asked if I could have a small cake box. The staff said yes, but there would be a charge, and I said that’s fine. Then I went to the counter and waited to pay. Suddenly, I heard some of the staff at the back laughing and saying things like, “She thought it was free, there’s a charge,” and they kept laughing.

I felt like they were being rude hearing them talking and laughing at me like that. I did buy a cake, I just wanted to give half of it to someone else, so I asked for a small box. But suddenly, I became the subject of their jokes. I really don’t understand. I felt disappointed and embarrassed being laughed at like that. If there’s a charge, I’ll pay—it’s just that I didn’t know. It made me sad, especially because it was my birthday yesterday, and that really spoiled my mood. The staff who laughed at me totally ruined...

It has branches all over the town, and it's mainly serving western foods, a few of fusion cuisine too. But they are best known for their cakes.

ATTRACTION: Cakes. To have it as birthday cake is already consider luxurious.

SERVICE: Well not too bad, unless they forgot to key in their system. It's so happened that we came in 14 ppl, and one dish missed out... Wasted 1 hour.

SEATINGS: This is one interesting concept of a restaurant. If you are inside the mall, head to 1st floor, nearby to Grandis hotel, get your bearing right, you will find there are only seatings, but actually their counter is at Ground Floor, where u can can find the fancy cakes, can be access from outside of the mall.
