Hello Massage Management Team, we, my girlfriend and I, were on 22.07.2022 at 9 pm local time at your massage studio and wanted to do something good after a hike. The massage was so far good and the staff friendly. We chose the Head, Should, Feed and Back massage and since instead of 70 minutes we shortened to 45 min, so we paid a total of 150RM (75 each). I would like to emphasize in this post that the massage was good.

What can not agreed and is not legal that the fee was debited twice. I had received it on my cell phone also so and ran extra back to complain about it. There, after a check, I was assured that the amount would only be debited once.

At home, I checked the account data and found that the amount had been debited twice. Since I can not contact the owner of the massage studio, I write here and unfortunately have to rate them so. If they send me answers and an e-mail address to instigate a return transfer, I would be grateful.

The number is not reachable through whatsapp - I have sent an invitation. Also the e-mail you named here is not complete!!

I have been told by the credit card provider Mastercard and my bank that you can simply cancel the payment and transfer it back to me. It is as described, about 150RM (33.69€ were debited twice with me) - once 07/26/2022 and the second time on 07/27/2022. One payment is legal, the second debit is not, because only one service was provided.

Please return the money as soon...

Visited twice with mixed results - definitely not 5 stars. The reason for so many 5 star reviews is they offer you a "free gift" if you post a 5 star review...

I've been twice, the first time was good, the guy seemed to really know what he was doing. Strong, purposeful yet relaxing. Rather too long spent on the feet though.

The 2nd time was totally different. The woman just jammed her elbows in my back and after 20 minutes of doing the same thing I had to ask her to do something different. Even though I ordered the same thing both times the first time I got oil but the 2nd time I didn't.

She applied a lot of pressure but didn't really seem to know where to press so her rubbing was completely ineffectual. She either didn't know what she was doing or couldn't be bothered to do the job properly.

I complained and after some debate they discounted 50%.

Unfortunately the spa is next to a couple of bars so after about 20:00 you'll be trying to relax to the sound of some drunk person...

Our first night here, decided to try out the massage shops available. Chance upon this gem just a stone away from our hotel.

At first glance, the massage shop looks professional and authentic. And decided to give it a go. And the whole group didn't regret it.

The ladies in charge of us was very young. We were quite skeptical of her skills. To our surprise,, we got to give her two thumbs up!!! Massage skills was very on point, strength adjust accordingly to body parts automatically. It was one of the best massage in Malaysia.

Will recommend to anyone who is nearby, give it a shot if you are into massaging.
