I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jadioc, a multi-store barber shop, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience with Eric Tan! As someone who is quite picky with barbers, I was genuinely impressed and couldn’t be more positive about this one!

Eric’s dedication to detail is truly commendable. He takes the time to understand your preferences and delivers a haircut that surpasses expectations. Throughout the process, he is cautious and ensures you feel comfortable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The shop itself exudes a sense of cleanliness and modernity, located in a new mall. It’s a delightful environment to sit back and indulge in the artistry of Eric’s work. Speaking of which, the machines used in the process emit a pleasant fragrance, adding a unique touch to the overall experience.

Eric’s skills go beyond mere haircutting; he’s undoubtedly an artist. His precision and creativity shine through in every cut, making the end result nothing short of a masterpiece.

While it’s important to note that the experience may take a little longer than a quick cut, it’s well worth the time spent. Eric’s attention to detail and dedication to perfection are evident in every moment you spend in his chair.

This is my favourite barbershop. I book weeks in advance to get Eric to cut my hair. His does a perfect job.

Today’s service at this shop was horrible. On 16 April, I made an appointment for Eric on 2 May, 12:15PM.

Two days before the appointment, I received a text message from the shop stating Eric is only available after 3:15PM on the same day. That’s fair, Eric may have some things to deal with. I agreed to change my appointment to 3:15PM.

On 2 May, the day of the appointment, I arrive and was told that Eric is on MC, they forgot to mention it to me and forgot to move my appointment.

I was extremely annoyed and said I’m okay to get my haircut from another barber. To my surprise, the barber said “there are no open slots now, you’ll have to wait until 4:30PM”. I couldn’t wait any longer as I have other commitments.

So as a summary, I booked two weeks in advance, had to change my appointment two days before, and was told I can’t get my haircut unless I waited some more.

This is a horrible way to treat anyone, let alone a regular customer who made an appointment two weeks in advance. I have no idea how you think this is appropriate and could tell me to wait for an extra one hour for a haircut when it was your mistake.
