𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱: 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀: Crunchy exterior and a creamy interior, these croquettes pack a huge punch of spinach, pine nuts & garlic aioli. Popeye would be proud! The Spinach Croquettes are a flavorful explosion 🥬 -𝗖𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗺𝘀: Fresh clams soaked with chef's special cajun cream sauce and served with bread that leaves you wanting more. 🦪 Paired with bread that beckons for an encore, it's a dance of textures and flavors that will linger on your taste buds. Not too mention the generous serving of fresh clams 🥹 The sauce is super addictive with a lick of heat 🔥 -𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮: A chef must try! 👍🏻 This Marinero powerhouse of a dish saffron-infused rice dish is loaded with tiger prawns, mussels, squid and red capsicum. 😍❤️ The seafood was so fresh and the rice is super flavourful. They cooked it the right way as you can tell by the slightly mushy rice which isn’t over cooked nor undercooked 😋🥘 -𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮: Deliciously sauteed tiger prawns in chili & olive oil, on top of toasted bread. Prawns were plump and juicy 🍤 I also appreciated the fact that the bruschetta was soft 😌 I hate the ones which are rock hard 🤣🪨 -𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮: Topped with a zesty tomato sauce, generously sprinkled with mozzarella cheese and loaded with bold and spicy beef pepperoni slices. 🍕 Super thin crust too! -𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗔𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝗼: The pasta is cooked al dente along with juicy tiger prawns mixed with just the right amount of chilli, garlic, fresh parsley and tossed in extra virgin olive oil. 🦐 Best Aglio Olio I’ve taste 😍👍🏻 So flavourful and robust 🔥 -𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘁: Molten lava cake was chef kiss 💋 Served with a sprinkle of chocolate crumb, a scoop of velvety chocolate gelato and topped off with a selection of fresh, juicy berries for a burst of fruity sweetness. This dessert is a true feast for the senses. 🍨 The chocolate came oozing out the minute we sliced it 🤤

If giving one voucher that i won to a stranger can kill the entire business then just go and close down already.Somemore food also doesnt look the same.Complained about it.that same salty employee came back and gave us and essay and left then a nice one came said could change but left and left us with that one salty employee.Made us paranoid of our food given as if they were plotting something for us cause the girls said that salty boy went gossiping to the kitchen.What a good atmosphere at first sadly ruined by people like these.This is so far my first ever regret stepping foot into a supposedly great restaurant. We visited with two vouchers but only needed one, so we kindly gave the spare to a nearby family. Unfortunately, a staff member approached us rudely, stating we couldn't give away vouchers. This employee displayed poor attitude and seemed to gossip about us to colleagues. While the desserts were generally good, the vanilla gelato was disappointing compared to its menu picture. We raised this concern with that rude staff member, who insisted it was as advertised, despite clear differences. Another staff member explained they had altered the recipe due to ingredient shortages but failed to inform us beforehand. They suggested we could change our order, but when we requested this, the rude staff member refused. It seemed as though our experience was marred by that staff's attitude, potentially influenced by our voucher-sharing incident. Overall, the service and communication were lacking, leaving us...

Unacceptable Service & Disastrous Experience

I have never been so appalled by a restaurant’s service. On 14/2/2025, I visited with my elderly parents to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary after winning your Valentine’s Day contest. Instead of a special evening, we were met with chaos, negligence, and outright disrespect.

Despite confirming via WhatsApp that I would be redeeming the 4-course Valentine’s meal for two (as clearly stated in the contest post), the manager suddenly claimed it was only for one person. After back-and-forth disputes and their own staff contradicting each other, they finally admitted their mistake—but that was only the beginning.

When our food arrived, only one set of the Valentine's meal was served instead of two. Worse, the prawn fettuccine came with uncleaned prawns, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this supposed standard. We waited 40 minutes for the second dish and dessert, which never arrived. My parents, who needed to eat on time due to medication, were left waiting with an incomplete meal until I had to cancel the remaining dishes out of sheer frustration.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, my à la carte orders never arrived at all—leaving me to sit through the evening watching my parents struggle with a meal that was already botched.

The level of incompetence, disorganization, and disregard for customers was appalling. And I have to ask—was this because we were redeeming a contest prize? Were we seen as lesser customers because of it? If so, that’s disgraceful. I was still a paying customer, and this treatment was unacceptable.

This restaurant completely ruined what was meant to be a joyful celebration. I will never return, and unless the management provides a serious response addressing this mess, I will ensure others are...
