Please don't shop at this location. The two associates working there on 10 July at about 1300 were the absolute rudest, unprofessional, and bad vibes projecting reps I have ever had at L'Occitane. I went to that store to pick up an online order, and received the most belligerent reception from these young women; I had to put one If them in her place after she accused me of trying to scam the store, even after I showed her my online order receipt and payment I made on 9 July. The woman at the counter took my order number and acted as if she entered it into the computer, but never even used the keyboard or mouse. After I told them they need to adjust their attitude, one of them began yelling at the top of her voice and asked mall security to come into the store. This guy came in a grabbed my arm. That set me off. I had to tell him with no uncertain terms to get his hands off me. He did. Anyway, one of the spectators intervened and after talking with him for a few minutes, I left the store.
I went to the Gardens Mall to shop, and I saw another L'Occitane store there. I walked in and explained to the associate about my order. She informed me the orders are ready for pickup just a few minutes after the online purchase is complete. She asked for my phone number, and guess what; my order was ready for pick up immediately at the Pavilion instead of the Nu Sentral location. She also explained the order was routed to Pavillion and was ready for me. I thought for a minute I was wrong about Nu Sentral, but the Gardens' representatives informed me the Nu Sentral store is capable to review my order, which proves those two women at Nu Sentral need additional online order training or consider employment elsewhere if they are not able to look past their issues when assisting customers.
I thanked the Garden's L'Occitane representatives. I arrived at the Pavillion's L'Occitane, and a smiling sales representative greeted me. After returning the greeting, I mentioned was there to collect an online order. He said, "are you, Mr. Walter?". I said yes I am. From that point forward, the Pavilion sales representatives were very caring, attentive, professional, and treated me with kindness. I'll post a review for the Garden and Pavilion L'Occitane stores.

I don't have any experience from loccitane, I'm not member also. My friend gave me hand cream as present , product is smell nice cause me come in to shop take a look.(To be honest I just want survey those product, I don't have any purchase mindset at the moment. )
Then a sweet staff come and serve me with introduce me which product is customer more frequently to choose. She slowly explain without giving me any pressure, just let me try those sample. I don't have any stress when try sample product, her action and attitude just like loccitane product, can let customer relax down their heart.
I appreciate her service, I'm glad can have a chance serve by her. And Loccitane's marketing also surprised me , after purchased can get a paper flower with fragrance smell together.

First, i met a chinese female employee and asked about gifts below RM 100. Her attitude was very bad and she said hardly to find products under RM 100 then she straight passed me to her colleague.
5 stars for the malay female employee, patient and attentive. She served me patiently and nicely although I bought stuffs under RM 100. She nicely asked me which free samples that I would like to choose. A big thumb up to her 👍
Basically you are just an employee working under the company. You have no right to judge the customer based on the products they want especially in budget wise. Just perform your best as an emplOyee regardless the commission you gain from the customers.
