We enter the room after check in, shower head and aircond was not working, requested maintenance to solve the issue while we decided to hang out kLcc area.. when we come back close to 7pm the entire room including bathroom was full of cockroaches. Including inside our luggage, bed, crawling all over their water kettle area. Approached receptionist 'Sha' she told us hotel management is aware of the cockroaches issues and she claims she was not sure why upon check in earlier staff did not remind us about this hotel famous cockroaches issues(she still had time to bad-mouthing about morning shift staff). Upon asking solution- guess what she offered us to feel free at midnight to check out if we are not happy. After telling her off we are Malaysian and reminded her to be more professional, she started throwing her tantrum and said she do not wish to talk further. I wonder how the management can take unprofessional staff that don't even know how to solve this problem. Since the arguments had no solution from unprofessional staff, we decided to go back to the room ., received call from the same receptionist Sha, she offered to bribe us with breakfast voucher and self service laundry money to keep us shut. From 7pm up to 12mn there was no clear solution given. Upon shifting us to new room, aircond was not working well, went down to receptionist area, new uncle took over the shift and refused to give any contact throughout the conversation and keep claiming he don't know anything about any issues. Told him Sha claims to come down to collect the vouchers, he had the guts to throw the money and the voucher in rude manner as we was begging to 'bribe' us to keep quite? We wanted to take this voucher and cash picture as evidence to take further action. Even manager Manisha pretended like was not aware of all this and can't come up with clear solutions. Who will even have the breakfast when their room are having cockroaches fiesta, would their kitchen area be clean? Hygienic? Cockroaches free? Stay with your own risk. Towels are dirty, room are dusty and aircond is centralised and it's warm. Forget about cleanliness, it's in their bucket list to improve that in future..some sort of wrong doings were also going on in middle of night , strange people maybe sex workers were entering n exiting the hotel and...

Hi All. I have stayed in this hotel during November month. ( 2023 ) I stayed for 14 days straight. Here are my points for Pros and Cons:

PROS: Location: Prime Location. All the transport modes are easily available. ( trains, buses, cabs, etc ). So going/coming to/from Airport is easy. All tourist buses can be taken from KL Sentral station. It will be little overwhelming on where to board the vehicle, but later one will get to know. Medical store, clinic, Massage centers, departmental stores. All available near by. There are few Indian temples ( 1km from this hotel ).

FOOD: All kinds of food available near this hotel. ( Indian, Chinese, Local Malaysian food , etc ). Breakfast is also available in this hotel. bit costly. Its buffet. but good. I had it for 10 days. and one may get bored after two days of having same kind of food items. Breakfast is complimentary for some bookings and Payed for some bookings ( based on the offer given by this hotel ).

WIFI: I worked from the hotel room ( I rented a Superiror room ). I worked for 10 days from this room. Wifi signal is strong and stable. ( no issues at all ). I used the dressing table and chair to work through out the day.

ROOM SERVICE: Good. Regular. No issues. Water available 24 hours. Thats a good thing. No Laundary service. There is a Laundary store next to that hotel. And its a self service. I was not sure how to operate it. So I washed the clothes myself and dried it hanging on the hotel room window. :)

CONS: The reception experience should be improved. They were not rude. but they are not friendly either. For every checkin, they take lot of time. I understand they need to check the VISA and other docs. But I still feel the checkin process can be made fast. Most of the staffs are not aware of the procedure(clearly). They take lot of time. I stayed there for 14 days. and every time I pass the reception area, and no one cares to smile at me. ( though I smiled at them ) :)

OVERALL: Yes. its a descent stay. ( mainly for its location ). There are equally good hotels nearby , that...

This was supposed to be a short night stay with good experience, I had a very high expectation because the hotel has a "3 Star" rating, but to be honest, this condition of this hotel and from the experience, it only deserve 1 star or at least 2 star rating.

Many things doesn't work in the room (and also in the other rooms because some customers from the same date of stay complaint too) for example, the telephone, the airconditioner(room feels HOT) and the hot shower (doesn't feel any increase in temperature).

Inexperience staff at the counter. During my stay, I was managed by a boy, a) he doesnt smile, b) he cant make decision when 'issue' happened , c) he made a decision that I cannot stay the night just because my IC/Mykad is Sabah (even though I AM STAYING at Damansara) which leads to d) I had to request an audience with a person of higher authority than him to make negotiation.

The TV is very outdated. The tea(s)/coffee in the room feels expired! not to mention, they do not offer refilling for the tea-set!

The only good side is the breakfast provided (below mediocre quality) and request fulfilled for high room view.

However, it doesn't justify the price RM79! I was experienced a 5 star hotel for only RM 88 (Hotel Istana, even though it was during promo) but it should give you an idea for the benchmarking! with all the bad conditions, the price should be lowered!

Extra: I repeat, this hotel doesn't deserve a 3 star rating (at its current state) because I stayed and experienced a 3 star hotel such as Royale Borneo Hotel at Tawau, their breakfast buffet was superb with wide selection of foods, and you can always request to refill your tea (FOR FREE), and moreover, the bathroom is WORKING (hot and cold shower) and is WIDE.

Please downgrade and claim your rating to be a 2 star rating unless you do a drastic changes and renovation otherwise I don't recommend you to stay here.

Bad experience ever! P/s: dont be deceived by the photo I uploaded, it looks neat but there were many...

My suite space was fantastic huge with bathtubs and baby roaches noted. But my sis in law family room aircon doesn't was warm and many tiny roaches. Complain and they exchanged room air con better but qst thing we stepped into was roaches again. I think the whole building has it. I stayed 3 nights that was why we brought up as don't want to be in sauna.

Very bad experience here. I am a regular customer for this hotel. More than 20 times staying here. Experienced lots of crazy things here such as cockroaches everywhere, hot shower problems, toilet flushing problem, and many more. But it's normal for this cheap hotel i think it's fair. RM110/night for a small room is cheap. But tonight i experiencing the worst. Really make me upset. I check in a bit late around 12.40am, pay normal price even staying for 12 hours only. They give me room 805. This room got no electricity hahaha. Change the card but still can't switch on the lights, aircond and everything OFF. Later they change my room to 911. I moved to room no 911 around 1am. Because of tired driving from Kelantan to here, i fall asleep easily. But after one hour, i woke up and feel my body very itchy and i open the lights to check the bed. U know what? I found too many bed bugs. The red bugs!!! This is insane. I pack up my stuff and go down to complain again. I show them photos of bed bugs that i snap and the receptionist immediately give me another room. They ask the security guard and hotel house keeper to go and block the 911 room. I feel so bad and i tired of moving to another room anymore. Luckily the room no 1415 is good. Just the cockroaches but its okay. I spray Bygon and sleep for 2 hours before wake up for sahur. I hope the hotel management will take immediate action lah. People pay to sleep here, not free la. Think!
