SuperPark Malaysia at Avenue K is like this cool indoor playground where both kids and adults can have a blast. It's on Level 4, and trust me, it's worth checking out. If you're planning to go, here's a pro tip: snag your tickets online on their official site to save some cash. Walk-in's RM69, but online you'll pay RM59. Plan even further ahead and book through Agoda to get it for RM54 – sweet deal, right?
I went there with my daughter and sister, and we had a great time. The games are fun, but yeah, the prices feel a bit much since us adults are mostly there to play chaperone and snap pics. I mean, why not take a leaf out of Harborland in Thailand's book? They charge half price for adults and have a café where you can chill and watch the kiddos play.
But hey, SuperPark does have a spot for parents to sit back and relax. And they've got some cool stuff like 'Clip 'n Climb' wall climbing with different difficulty levels, which is pretty awesome. The go-kart track is a hit too – it's a blast! The other stuff like the tube slide, slider, trampoline, and basketball are your standard fare, but they're still fun.
The best part? It wasn't too crowded, even on a weekend. So, no long lines and more time to play!
All in all, SuperPark Malaysia is a fab place to spend the day, especially if you score those discounts. Just a heads-up for the park – maybe think about some better deals for the grown-ups? Anyway, it's a thumbs...
Read moreThis is our 2nd time since the Jumpstreet guys took over the management. We used to go every month before.
Anyways, the first was in Nov 2021, and the 2nd was just yesterday (Feb 2022). In Nov, we were upset because many of the activities were closed. Wrote an email, but no reply thus far.
In our visit yesterday, met one of the old staff (frm the old management) who patiently explained that all the ball pit activities (at the trampoline, ninja course) are closed because of COVID SoP. This is understandable, though it would have been better if this was communicated via the website, social media or staff. Or even through signages on site.
With this new management, don't understand why they have changed the scooter and skateboard area for just 'professionals'. (?!) Kids not allowed this activity anymore. Ice skating rink is also closed. The soccer scoreboard area (opposite the kids trampoline) has been out of service from Nov last year. The goalie activity (opposite the tube) has also been closed frm last year.
The kids and I feel that the plc was better value for money under the old management, with such awesome staff who were so patient, kind and jovial. Current staff incomparable, although the standard of customer service is still much better than anywhere else.
If the new management is planning to revamp the activites, it would be good PR to inform customers of the timeline so that we can plan our...
Read moreI am shocked and extremely disappointed by the way SuperPark handled a serious safety incident involving my child.
About two weeks ago, during a private birthday event, my son was injured inside one of their party rooms when someone stepped on him and no one admitted responsibility. I reported this immediately, yet it took over a week to hear back. Their response? There is NO CCTV inside the private function rooms because of “privacy.” This could have been told to me on Day 1, but instead, I waited a week for that answer.
If an accident, or worse, happens in those rooms, there is ZERO accountability. That is a massive safety failure for a venue that markets itself as family- and child-friendly.
To make things worse, they didn’t even review the correct timeframe I provided, which shows how little effort went into their so-called “investigation.” And now, another week has passed without any update at all even after they realized the wrong timeframe for their “investigation”.
Parents, please think twice before booking these private rooms, or even letting your kids attend parties there without you present. If your child gets hurt, you’ll get excuses, injured kids, but no accountability.
And honestly… unless you think people are planning orgies in kids’ party rooms, what possible reason is there to avoid having...
