to be honest, this store deserve 0 star. they should put a sloth to be an employee instead and i 100% sure the sloth's service will 1000% much quicker. Kena ulang order yang sama pada waiter after 15 minutes sebab the same waiter come back and ask apa yang i order tadi. and all i say i nak add on is miso soup. setengah from menu air takde. makanan pun itu takde ini takde. pergi pun bukan holiday ke apa. i went around the time for lunch. staff macam taknak layan orang je. If you nak behave like that, please.. duduk rumah. bento dia seriously looks sad af. Also, tamagoyaki dia soo manis?? like, hello?? you think i tak pernah makan japanese food?? i often makan japanese food dkt kedai lain or outlet lain sushi king. other than that, i duduk makan sushi dekat 20 minutes without any beverages, without any food. just the sushi i took from the conveyor. i tak order air susah pun, just green tea. not even with the honey one. JUST GREEN TEA. like seriously, this is the worst operated sushi king outlet i ever went to. i have sworn not to come to this outlet again since i am too frustrated.

We came at 7.45PM, and there were little to no sushi left on the conveyor belt. Even if there were, it would only either be inari tofu sushi or very very soggy prawn tempura. Most items on menu are also unavailable, and this was before 8PM. Almost felt like we weren't welcomed to have dinner at this shop. My food came almost 30 mins later - but the food served was not even warm. I am a frequent goer to Sushi King, so I know that the prices have increased. But even then, portions keep getting smaller! I paid RM70 for my dinner there, but I got out feeling more hungry than I did coming in! The food I ate that day was not worth my money at all!
Anyone coming into the shop, can clearly tell that the shop is short-staffed. During Maghrib prayers, there were only 2 staffs on standby - meaning they had to juggle cleaning the tables, preparing the food, attending the cashier. Because of that, our orders came very late. Clearly, their management needs to step up their game.

Food Quality: The food was way too salty, making it almost inedible. The chicken had a strange, off-putting smell. The sushi rice was too sour, which ruined the entire dish.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. I do not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
