Another nice indoor playground for kids & small toddlers. The entry fee is flat RM59 during school holidays, even on weekdays. 1 kid 1 guardian rule over here. Extra adult, have to pay extra RM5. Can go out & come back in anytime, with the wristband still attached.
Entered this place at 5pm, on Friday. Got so many kids already. Wow. The max patron is 60 pax though. Parent has to look out for their kids as there's no dedicated staff to monitor the kids. No worries, the place is safe although just 2 staffs manning this big place.
Many things for the kids to play. Able to keep them entertained up to hours. But, I think not many parents are willing to stay that long as the guardian's seating is sooooo small & uncomfortable. No proper seating or sofa in here. Seat on the floor is better. Another place is the cafe area. The things in the cafe is a bit pricey. Better go out during sanitation time to find something with much better value.
Parking in here is a bit challenging because the lots are always full, all day long, even on weekdays. The parking rate is reasonable for a huge mall like this. So, your kids can play for a looong looong time. Remember to park in the orange zone.
Among all Parenthood Playland, this playground is not that big, just medium size, but a little bit cramped. Even though it's not the biggest/grandest/cleanest, but it has the highest entry fee. Worth it? Nahhh, better to go to Putra Mall's outlet. Wayyy cheaper with the same playground size. Or Jungle Gym Atria, the best so far in KL. This outlet's entry fee should just be max RM40 only, with max 4 hours playtime.
No toilet here. But the Mall's toilet is just few seconds walk from this place.
IMHO, Parenthood MyTown is the best between all outlets. MyTown outlet is so spacious, well equipped & cleaner, it feels much better/relaxing to wait for your kids to...
Read moreWe recently visited the play area and overall, it was a decent experience. The play space itself is fun and my kids had a great time. The cleanliness is acceptable, and I truly appreciate the helpful and friendly staff—especially one Indian staff member who stood out. I didn’t catch his name, but he was consistently seen cleaning tables, wiping windows, and picking up toys despite having a visible cut or bruise on his hand. His dedication deserves a special mention.
However, there are some areas that need serious attention. The toddler section is not suitable for children aged 1 to 3. The ball pit entry is too high, making it unsafe for little ones to climb in or out without assistance. While older kids may manage, younger ones risk falling. Also, the large London bus play structure is disappointing—it has no toys inside and the stairs are far too steep, even for a 5-year-old. If the area isn’t ready for use, it would be better to keep it closed instead of leaving broken furniture inside, which could be hazardous.
Another concern was the baby changing/toilet area. The layout doesn’t seem well thought out. There’s a large sofa chair placed too close to the sink, making it awkward and unhygienic for parents trying to wash up.
While there’s potential for this place to be much better, I sincerely hope management takes these comments into consideration and makes improvements where needed. The hardworking staff truly deserve a better environment to match...
Read moreGreat place to bring your kids as they definitely can have fun here! The entrance price during the weekend is RM59 (1 child above 2 years old and 1 parent). Additional parent/adult is RM5. If not mistaken, the price for child below 2 is free. As for weekdays, it’s definitely cheaper! If you’re from the mall, you can find this place by going to Padini store. Just enter Padini and there will be arrows/directions above to the place. You can leave your stroller outside (it should be safe) and the shoes will be left at the storage before the entrance. Don’t forget to bring your own socks (both child and parents) as if not you may have to spend extra to purchase socks there. The place is huge and there’s quite a lot of stuff for the kids to play around. So many slides and mazes! My niece definitely enjoyed her visit! She didn’t even want to leave 😂 so parents beware, it might be hard for you to get your children to leave this place! The staffs are there to monitor the area and help your children in case they can’t find their way out or need help to get in or something else and there’s a seating area for adults. The staffs are also helpful! Will be sure to come again, but I may have to think first on how to ask my niece to leave this place...
