Terrible services here. Was just 9pm but the tables and chairs at the back of the restaurant were all kept but the front chairs and tables were fully occupied. The environment was really hot and stuffy. The one and only corner seat that we could get was so dirty, full of sugar syrup. I ordered bestseller cold but got me best seller double black. Not showing me the price but after I made the payment only told me that he made the order wrongly and showing me the "I gonna end my work, just take whatever is it" face. Extra charges me RM3 is not a problem but giving me that face ruining me whole happy shopping experience in the mall. Very slow service, workers was slow and inefficient, took their own sweet time. We ordered two bowls for takeaway and stood there to wait for nearly half an hour, they don't know which orders to prioritize, only serve dine-in customers/grab takeaway orders. One of the malay lady worker was rude to us as well, we wanted to dine in to enjoy our dessert and she told us off "Take away orders cannot dine in here" just because it was almost 10pm and they want to pack to go home on time.
