CHAGEE @ Sunway Pyramid Mall (LG2 Floor) — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Staff is undertrained: The limited edition drinks promotion should be ended at 2 Apr, but the staff informed us that the drinks are not longer available (we went on 2 Apr). After we showed him the announcement, he accepted our order. Queuing time was so LONGGGGGG!!! We were 2nd in the queuing line, but it took us 10min for our turn to order. Another 10min to collect our drinks.

Drink quality: Yunnan puer snowy frappe (w/ no sugar): Tea is TASTELESS!! as a Chagee supporter, I used to order no sugar tea. This is the first time I tasted a TASTELESS tea from Chagee. Very disappointed! White Peach Oolong Snowy Frappe (w/no sugar): Overall is good, tea taste good too.

ps: Please train your staffs well, include the time to serve a drink. Put a bin in your store. The seat is never be clean and empty when there is crowd. The cup and rubbish leftover on the table let your customer cannot sit comfortably and seating space is restricted. It also wasted your manpower to clean...

I am a loyal Chagee fan and whenever me and my friends are going for milktea hangouts, Chagee is always my first choice. However this outlet was too disappointing. I ordered the glutinous rice milk tea, my friend ordered Da Hong Pao milktea, both of us didn’t like it. THE WORST milktea we have tasted from Chagee, too bland and almost tasteless like water. On side note, there was no receipt provided after payment, our queue number was told to us verbally, and we have waited for about 15 minutes for our drinks (seeing customers came after us already gotten their drinks and left) and then we couldn’t wait anymore and went to counter and check with them. Apparently, they MISSED our order and the worker who worked there just tell us “wait”. Can see that the worker making the drinks was inexperienced too (Mayb that’s why our drinks are so tasteless). Angrily upset! Came 230pm on Friday, crowd average. Waited 40 FREAKING MINUTES for ONE cup of Da Hong pao tea, still not ready. I went up to ask, staff said tea just finished when i order n need rebrew. Expected simple explanation from staff to inform upon order that the tea may take SOME time n offer to ask me order something else. Managing expectations is what staff should do.
