Don't sign up for the tours here unless you want your life to be in danger and you want to be sexually harassed! The crew left me alone in the water in Santa Maria bay for almost an hour. They had no idea that I was not on the boat when they began to return to the marina. First, the first mate that was supposed to being leading the tour did not carry a dive flag/ any other device that would distinguish him as a leader of the group. Therefore, it wasn’t possible to follow his lead while snorkeling in the bay. Everyone in the bay, even those from other tour groups, wore the same life jackets & many spoke English. During the snorkel, I continuously checked around. I wasn’t able to locate the guide in the group of approximately 30 snorkelers from our boat as he had nothing to distinguish him from the other snorkelers. After 30 min of snorkeling, I looked up and out of the water toward the ECO-CAT. I had not heard any horns to notify the snorkelers that the boat was leaving. Nevertheless, the ECO-CAT was leaving the bay, while I was still in the water next to the reef. I immediately performed the distressed swimmer/diver hand signals & yelled, but the ECO-CAT did not stop. Alarmed, I rapidly swam to the nearest vessel, a boat and tour operated by Cabo Adventures. I explained to the crew of CA that I had been left behind by the ECO-CAT. The CA crew was surprised, extremely concerned & very sympathetic. They offered me water & asked me to come aboard their boat. The captain of the CA boat made 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact the captain of the ECO-CAT. The CA crew then called the Cabo San Lucas marina. The marina reported that the ECO-CAT didn’t answer their call either. The CA crew assured me that they would take me back to the marina in Cabo San Lucas when their tour was done. By this time, I had been in the water for quite some time w/o a wet suit so I was shivering. After 20 minutes, I saw the ECO-CAT returning to the bay. I thanked the CA crew & swam as fast as I could toward the ECO-CAT. When I reached the ECO-CAT I was directed to the front of the boat where the first mate was reaching for my fins. The ECO-CAT crew did not lower the ladder so that I could get on the boat. Instead the first mate “helped” me up on the boat by pulling me up against the rough boat side. In the process, I was scrapped & bruised on my shins, stomach, & hands. The first mate almost immediately began to berate me loudly, saying: “What is wrong with you girl? What’s your problem?” I was shocked by his roughness, lack of concern for my safety (eg; hypothermia, dehydration), & personal attacks as well as the failure to acknowledge, much less apologize for, the gross negligence demonstrated by the ECO-CAT crew. I was hungry & thirsty after being in the water for so long. However, the crew had already put away the food & I wasn’t offered anything to eat/drink; though, 2 crewmembers came by to offer tequila shots to people dancing on the edge of the deck. However, they specifically ignored me and whispered to each other, not realizing that I understand and speak Spanish. Even some of the guests noticed their strange behavior toward me, asking me why they were behaving that way. At the end of the trip, a rude crewmember walked around the boat with a tip jar, aggressively demanding tips. When he requested a tip from me, I informed him that I would not be tipping for the service as I was left in the bay & then denied food & water. He said: “It doesn’t matter, you can tip anyway”. Exiting the boat, a 3rd crewmember asked me what had happened. He gave me a hug & apologized, but each time he hugged me he also kissed my neck. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It felt extremely inappropriate. After exiting, I went to the restaurant to speak to the manager that had taken our payment and the supposed manager of the boat. I informed both of these men, repeatedly, that I wanted a refund, which wasn't given. In fact no one from the company has even attempted to contact me despite multiple...

Read more$75 US dollars for two very small Cadillac margaritas and one Diet Coke- just taking advantage of the tourist. Insane prices!. We also left due to the waitress not having any knowledge about the so called “you catch we cook it” selection. “You catch, we cook it” is not even listed on their menu but it is posted on the stand up sign infront of restaurant. How are you going to offered something that you have no knowledge about?? This place is not worth the time or the money. This place Only takes advantage of the tourist the marina gets. I recommend Captain Tony’s for food, margaritas (big margarita glass) and for “you catch, we cook it” selection. This place is a joke. The other place that’s also worth it, it is called Tiki bar in the marina as well. We will never go to...
