Villa del Toro Rojo — Attraction in Pedregal

I have very high expectations when I rent a house for vacation for my family, and I read all of the reviews, they have over 400 reviews on Airbnb. So I was confident in my choice and contacted them to book directly. Mark and Brian did not let me down, and exceeded all expectations!! The home is absolutely stunning, the views are amazing, the home was sparkly clean when we arrived, and was cleaned thoroughly everyday. We all enjoyed just taking in the beauty of the Pedregal neighborhood every day.

What truly made this birthday experience magical, was the staff! From booking to post checkout, the concierge team, Lorena and Raffi, were exceptional! They assisted with the pre-arrival grocery list, booking a snorkeling trip, massages, airport transportation, and ensuring that our entire trip went seamless. We booked Genaro the chef and he was amazing, we planned on going out for a few dinners but after he prepared a few meals for us we decide to have him prepare all of our meals. There is a taxi company that works with the villa, so getting taxis were extremely easy. Our airport transfers were also seamless, and our driver was on time, waiting for us, for both departure and arrival.

WOW WOW WOW I can’t say enough great things about our stay!!! Right from the initial booking everything was seamless, the owners of the house were wonderful to deal with friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a group from Canada for our wedding in this beautiful home, the back drop was absolutely stunning. Lorena the house manager was AMAZING she went above and beyond for any of our needs…. Nothing was ever a problem and I honestly can’t thank her enough for making our wedding the most perfect day, I truly feel blessed that she put so much effort into making it so special. We of course took advantage of the chef and bartending options and we made two new best friends for life ❤️ Marisols food was a 15/10 and coming from a foodie that is saying a lot….. hand made pasta and sushi feasts, amazing Mexican and an amazing steak and lobster night, you could tell she loves what she does and it came pouring out through her food. Worst part about going home was not seeing her smiling face every morning. The bartender Jesus was such a hit!! Great personality and so accommodating to all our individual needs…. We liked him so much that he officiated our wedding and we are forever grateful. Everything about our stay was perfect, the house, the location, the staff and the management. If you are looking for an amazing villa, location, view and service this is your place. Mark and Brian made the booking easy with their professionalism and kindness. Lorena’s personal touch throughout our stay was comforting. If there were any needs, last minute or planned, she was there to help, advise and facilitate. She even went above and beyond to get us a refund on a something we were wrongly charged for by a local company. Don’t think twice about getting the personal chef! We had Rodolfo and Marisol who whipped up tasty meals for our group of 9. Everything they made was delicious! And Rebeca kept the place tidy and felt like a part of our group. The villa is on top of the hill so active motivated people can easily walk it but less active folks need a car to get into town. We rented a van for our stay which was super helpful for our group of 9. But I did jog to the bottom and back a couple mornings for exercise. We did the Cabo Escape cruise which was very fun. Ended up like a club on the water with music, lights and dancing. We also did Cactus atv’s which were legit but beware of pricing there overcharged us by almost double.
