Esperanza's Tours made our trip to Cabo unforgettable. We only had time to do two tours during our stay but they were amazing. I highly recommend Snorkeling at Pelican Rock and the Pacific Dinner Cruise!
We got to do so much sight seeing on both tours. We got to see Land's End, the sea lion colony, Pelican Rock, Lovers Beach, Divorce Beach, Window to the Pacific, all before snorkeling. Our guides were so informative and they made sure we were safe and had a good time. We got to hold two puffer fish, a sea urchin, and star fish. We got a snorkeling souvenir and photo CD of us holding the fish. It was such a great experience. Plus you get lunch and shopping time before you get dropped off the hotel.
The Pacific Dinner Cruise is also must. It was my husband's favorite. We got picked up from our hotel and headed to a local glass blowing factory. I even got to blow some glass! We saw the local artisans at work and see how it's all done. Then we went to a local jewelry store where I got an amazing pair of earrings. Then we tequila tasting and had time to do some souvenir shopping in town. Marcos was our tour guide that day and he made sure we were well informed and that we were all comfortable.
We then headed to the marina and boarded the nicest catamaran boat. It was so clean and nice. We had drinks and enjoyed the sunset as we left the marina. Seeing land's end by day is so beautiful but I seriously believe you need to also see it in the evening. It's so beautiful and romantic to see it all as the sun is setting. The dinner was delicious. We got carne asada, rice, fajitas, beans. After dinner the dancing began. The whole crew knows how to make sure everyone is involved and having fun. There were families, young couples, old couples. It really is...
Read moreWas very exited for our Cabo San Lucas City Tour as it was our first time in Cabo. First, we never received a confirmation day before or morning of confirming our reservation. I had to call. The driver did arrive promptly and was very nice. First stop was the the glass factory which was CLOSED! They he drove us to another glass factory which was open but was not doing the glass blowing demonstration which was a bummer as there’s not really much else to see there. Then we were taken to an area downtown to shop for 20 mins. Then to the boat which was great! Very beautiful views and the tour guide was very nice, funny and informative. Then we got back to the vehicle and started driving and said “where to next” where the driver said back to your hotel. I was like what?! Doesn’t this come with a tequila tasting?! He said “sure if you want to” like? That’s what I paid for. So he takes us to the back of a souvenir shop that has a “tequila tasting” which was 3 sips of tequila which lasted for about 10 mins. He then took us back to the marina and asked us how long we wanted to stay so we walked around for an hour then were taken back to our hotel. We were never taken to Medano beach for beach time. This 4-hour tour turned into less than 3 and the only good part was the boat ride. Save yourself some $ and just go to the marina where there’s a ton of boats to take you to the arch. The rest is just downtown/marina area which is I’m sure you’ll do several times throughout...
Read moreWe booked the "pelican snorkeling tour" and really can't say enough good things about our experience. They picked us up from our hotel in San Jose Del Cabo right on time and we headed to Cabo San Lucas. There were a couple of stops along way as you are with a group. Once we got to Cabo the bay had been shut down for the day for snorkeling by the government as the water was too rough. They gave us the option of just doing a boat tour and they would give us the difference in refund or we could come back the next day. We took the public bus back to our hotel (only $3 for the two of us) and we tried again the next day since we really wanted to do some snorkeling. The shuttle picked us up and we headed to Cabo again. They give you your lunch and take you to the boat, where the snorkeling guides take over. We went on a quick boat tour of the bay, the arch, etc then we can back to the snorkeling area. Our guides swam with us and made me feel quite safe considering the waves were a bit choppy and there is a lot of boat traffic. They stayed close by and guided us around the snorkeling area, pointing out different fish and sea critters. Once we had snorkeled around the area, they dropped us off at lovers beach for lunch and picked us back up again at the agreed upon time, then we headed back to bay. The guides really did a nice job and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this company for a...
