Chubby Noodle Cabo — Restaurant in City Centre

From the states Been here before 3 other times So back in Cabo have to get chubby noodle right well my mistake this time ordered ribs Mongolian beef and potstickers very dry and soup. A couple comes in 15 min later and they ordered soup soo waited and waited still no soup then here comes soup nope they got soup but no soup for me so flagged down our waiter cause nobody checked on us the whole time we were eating I begged for some napkins he ok and he went around helped other people for about 10 mins and then he brings some napkins it's funny i ordered two orders of ribs and I have to beg for napkins and they olny give u chopsticks lol so we are all done with dinner I ask "i ordered soup" he say completely unapologetically your soup is coming. now mind you I've seen four other soups come out of this kitchen two orders the people came in after me. I am not a hard person to please and I realize people get busy, so I said politely no thank you for the soup. Just give me the check,my daughter ,which was her birthday and all she wanted was some soup but I guess we wernt good enough for service I relize u guys are a popular place and u don't need my biz but we will never come here again or refer people to ur establishment which we had done several times in the past ,well those days are over! ps 4 small dishes were 100 dollars and the place was so loud u had to yell to talk i felt like a episode of the old Steinfeld show no...

Hooray! This Chinese restaurant in Cabo is an absolute gem! Usually, I approach Cabo with some trepidation regarding food options, relying on recommendations from older family members in the area. But let me tell you, this place is a game-changer! Each dish we tried was simply outstanding, a true explosion of flavors that left our taste buds dancing with joy. I couldn't resist sampling everything on the menu, and I found myself craving more with each bite. While some dishes pack a spicy punch (which I adore, but my partner isn't as keen on), the sheer deliciousness kept us coming back for more.

Located slightly off the beaten path, the restaurant exudes a youthful vibe with its trendy decor and vibrant music selection. The service was top-notch on both of our visits. The first time, it was just my partner and me, and the second time, we brought the whole family—a party of 15! Remarkably, they accommodated our group seamlessly, even customizing dishes to suit our older family members' preference for non-spicy options. Trust me, it may sound strange to order sauceless dishes, but they were a hit with that group. As for portion sizes, they lean towards the smaller side, but it's perfect for sampling a variety of dishes. All in all, this restaurant exceeded our expectations and left us eagerly planning...

The quick review: I'd go any time I wanted a striped down basic ramen or noodles. Worth a visit if you in the area.

Went just after lunch on Wednesday and the place was pretty empty not unusual for covid times or a wed this year. The staff was help and eager to serve. The table clean and the interior deco contemporary artful and distinct. The chopsticks were of good quality and not the disposable wood ones. I ordered the cucumber water and Fresca and the pork belly ramen. They were both served quickly and without issue.

The drink was slightly pulpy but tasted okay. I'd probably get something different when I next visit.

Pork-belly Ramen: Decent bowl with tonkatsu base, a hard boiled egg, 2 slices of pork well done and dropped in at the last min. Topped with green onion variety. The noodles were basic inexpensive Chinese style egg ramen noodles slightly al dente(very slightly). Simple, decent tasting, with good atmosphere all in all, I'd say batter than 4 stars but not...
