Art Gallery — Attraction in Christchurch

I personally enjoyed it so much. It showcased an incredible diversity of elements, and it was deeply touching to see people engaging with children. Some of the starter pieces were absolutely stunning, incorporating unique features that highlighted the rich culture of the local Māori people, which was fantastic to experience. They also organized sessions focused on different colors and themes, adding a creative and immersive touch. It was a wonderful experience overall. The only art that was here was the landscape paintings from the 1800s. Everything else was a radical political statement. The slop about unaliving children to create a new religion was particularly sick. As an international guest, this does not give a good impression of Christchurch's art circles.

The art gallery was more focused on politics rather than on the beauty of life and true expressions of art.

Highest praise for this taonga right in the heart of our city. Staff are excellent. A must-see for Ōtautahi citizens and visitors alike. Love the static and new displays.
