14/12/2018 - I went there with my colleagues to have lunch. I ordered a ceasar salad and a few pints of lager. The food was good, creamy (cheesy) and nice. I have no complaints about the food. Good portion size.

From my and my colleagues perspectives, the staff that served us were not very enthusiastic.

Would I go back? Maybe. 🙄 I've bumped up the rating to 3 stars because of the food but they need to improve their customer service skills like smiling and be friendly the patrons. After all, we are paying customers, and not a freeloader.

26/07/2018 - I decided to get my lunch this afternoon by trying it out and I ordered a beer battered fish burger with chips. And guess what? It was not bad. But I can see how they made it; just put two small pieces of battered fish, two tomato slices, a few salad leaves and topped it off with a tartare sauce. Simple and nice but slightly expensive ($18). Mostly matured patrons, and no kiddo.

September 2015 - Plenty of people in the evening and at night. Very noisy and is hard to make a conversation. Mostly young people (early 20s) and some appears to be drunk. Bar and lounge areas are at the front while the pool tables are at the back. It is quiet during the day. Bar food was ok but I had better elsewhere.

The bouncers are a bit touch and go. I've had one bouncer insist I was drunk. I wasn't even drinking that night. I am disabled and can't stand it for long periods. I had to squat down a few times in line. I was completely coherent when questioned very, very, thoroughly and eventually let in after an explanation. I've also had good banter with other bouncers who seem genuinely nice. The outdoor area is quite small considering the size of the indoor. The staff tidy up fast, which keeps the place pretty clean. The toilets are the cleanest I've been to in a bar. The drinks are a bit pricey compared to other bars in the area. The bartenders do not pay attention to who is standing in front of them. I stood patiently for about 15 minutes waiting to be served. Others pushed in on the side and were served before I was over and over again. The Eftpos machine was having issues with almost every person paying, extending the wait time drastically. The drinks were good, and the bartender cracked a funny joke. There is a good amount of seating. There is water clearly labeled at the bar. The bar is quite high, so anyone in a wheelchair or short may need help reaching the tap.
